Two issues in a row where it is receiving a 0.5. The Marvel Zombies must be trying to sabotage  DC's good name. Fun to read issue, still setting up the big story of the year. The stuff with the Japanese super-hero team was a great read, pretty fun stuff. HUGE reveal at the end, if you didn't look at the cover that is. Oh, and not the Batman cover, the other one. Why would you put your big reveal, right on the cover? Well, most of us knew it was happening, but there are a few who are living in a cave with their fingers in their ears and their eyes closed... wow, I'm off topic

    Looking forward to next issue!!!

While still being a newbie to DC Universe, I found that it was a little hard to keep up with everything that was going on in the story. Perhaps if I was not a DC newbie I would be able to follow every detail in the story.  As Inferiorego said before me "Still setting up the big story of the year".

What liked most about this issue is in spite of everything that is happening in the story from the Monitors, Libra's Villian Society, Darkside Club, death of the orion, and death of Jonn Martian Manhunter, the series manages to continue on the development some of the issues that were presented in the previous issue.  (Conversation between Luthor and Libra) ( more on the death of Orion and Martian Manhunter) That I truly admire, compared to DC/Wildstorm Dreamwar Series where it had a similar story a plot with multiple events and issues being present, however; in DC/Wildstorm Dreamwar not one issue/ question mark presented in the previous issues was development more in the sequent issues. I felt wondering will any of my questions be explained.

Some writers like to wait towards the end of the story to answer all the readers questions while other writers like to answered them as the story continues to develop in a moderate pace matter while still keeping the readers engage, which I think is the best way, because frankly no reader wants to read a story and continue to get confuse as they continue to read.

Overall Final Crisis #2 great story, I just had two questions at the end? What will become of Wally West as Flash, and Is Barry Allen going to make a permanent return to DC?

    Good Cover. Bad Story

Excellent cover of the Flash. I do have to admit to liking the character covers. The red ones. I can not even see how they were green lit.
The interior art is standing pretty strong also. The story however, seemed to start off a little slow. After a few pages though, it became more of a brisk read. Brisk and easy, and utterly forgettable. The only part that did stick with me was the return of Barry Allen. IREALLY DO NOT WANT TO SEE THE RETURN OF BARRY ALLEN!! He died a hero. Wally has now been the Flash for almost as long as Barry. There is no point to it. Barry Allen is a better charactyer as a legend than when he was alive.

    Occasionaly epic, rarely understandable.

The only credit I cvan give this book right now is the occasional epic moment, like when *spoiler* Manhunter died in the first issue, or when Batman is grabbed by the evil Lantern lady and immediately calls the rest of the Justice League with a sense of panic and urgency Batman rarely stoops to.  However, I still have no idea what is going on except for a few things here and there.  I'm not an adament DC reader but just look at the list of the characters.  There's about twenty plots going in thirty different directions with sudden death's returns and tragedies occuring out of nowhere.  I expect the rest of the series to take it up a notch when things hopefully start to come together and make sense.
