The ageless thief, Larfleeze is billions of years old and the first being to tap into the unrivaled power of Avarice and is the keeper of the Orange Lantern Corps, because he is too greedy to share his rings he has kept this power to himself making him a one man lantern corp. More recently, Larfleeze has become the biological power battery for the Orange light. Larfleeze has clashed with Atrocitus, multiple Lantern corps, Krona, Volthoom and even Gods.
With the ability to overcome great fear and harness the power of will, test-pilot Hal Jordan was chosen to be the Green Lantern of Sector 2814 inheriting the ring of the dying alien Green Lantern, Abin Sur. He later on went to creating his own power ring from his own will power. Through sheer will power and determination, Hal has established an impressive record of heroism across the galaxy with the help of his fellow Green Lanterns as well as his peers in the Justice League.
Once a Guardian of the Universe, Ganthet was exiled from Oa along with Sayd, a fellow Oan. They went on to found the Blue Lantern Corps, the heralds of Hope. Ganthet inducted himself into the Green Lantern Corps to aid in the fight for the Blackest Night.
Ray Palmer is a scientist, superhero and longtime Justice League member who devised a means of miniaturization through dwarf star matter technology. From the Microverse to the greater world, he fights for good as the mighty Atom!
Saint Walker is the first recruit to the Blue Lantern Corps, as well as its most recognizable. He was vital in freeing Hal Jordan from the influence of the Red Lantern ring, and one of the New Guardians after the Blackest Night.
Carol used to be a pilot, but, after her father retired, she gave it up to run the family business (Ferris Air, a company in Coast City that makes aircraft). She hired her childhood friend, Hal Jordan, as a test pilot. Soon after Hal became a Green Lantern, Carol found herself possessed by a Star Sapphire gem. The gem gave her power, but also altered her personality when used. After the formation of the Star Sapphire Corps however, Carol has been able to remain herself and act as a hero.
Once considered the greatest Green Lantern in any sector, Sinestro came to believe that the only way to ensure order in the universe was through the reign of fear, a crime for which the Guardians banished him to Qward. There he created the first yellow power ring and later on founded his own corps, The Sinestro Corps. He has clashed frequently with his former student and protege; Hal Jordan. The relationship between the two is a complicated one, a mixture of both hatred and respect in equal measures.
Nekron is the embodiment of death and darkness. He has the power to take and restore life as he pleases, contributing to the reanimation of many heroes in the past. Nekron has also recently become the leader and creator of the Black Lantern Corps, making Nekron the harbinger of the Blackest Night.
Kilowog is the Green Lantern of Space Sector 674. He is also the Green Lantern Corps drill sergeant.
Guy Gardner started out as the backup Green Lantern for Hal Jordan. He has since become one of the most prominent Green Lanterns of the Corps, despite possessing an egocentric personality. He has recently deserted his Green Power Ring in favor of the Red Ring of rage. Guy's will and rage are some of the most impressive in the entire Emotional Spectrum.
One of the five survivors of the massacre in Sector 666 and founder of the Red Lantern Corps, Atrocitus anointed the Red Lantern in blood and harnessed the power of rage and red light.
Once a member of the Guardians of the Universe, Sayd was exiled along with her lover and fellow Oan, Ganthet, for showing emotion. Together they formed the Blue Lantern Corps to help the Green Lantern's stop the Blackest Night. She is now a Guardian of the Orange Lantern Corps.

One of Hal Jordan's oldest foes, Black Hand has evolved from a gimmicky criminal into a sadistic madman capable of siphoning lifeforce from his victims. Reanimated after his suicide, he is now an avatar of the Black Lantern.
A native of the planet Havania, Bleez had a nearly ideal life, except that she had to contend with a number of unwanted suitors when all she wanted was a peaceful life of freedom. One of these suitors was a Sinestro Corpsman, and he killed her mother and tried to enslave her. A red power ring came to her then, and she killed him and became a Red Lantern. As he did with all his lanterns though, Atrocitus robbed Bleez of her intelligence. She has since regained it though, and now peruses her own ends.
Oliver Queen was a spoiled, thrill-seeking playboy, until he was left stranded on a deserted island for several years. There, he trained to become a master archer in order to survive. After his return home, he used his new-found skills and his wealth to became the costumed vigilante known as Green Arrow.
Half man, half machine - all hero! After a near fatal incident, Victor Stone was cybernetically enhanced by his father. He now possesses the ability to communicate, manipulate, and interface with nearly all forms of technology. As he is constantly upgrading, he promises to defend the future from any threat. He is also a founding member of the Teen Titans and in some continuities, the Justice League.
Sole survivor of the Martian people, J'onn J'onzz was teleported to Earth decades ago by Dr. Saul Erdel. Since then, he has adopted Earth as his new home, playing many roles over his time with humanity: detective, secret agent, explorer, and even a founding member of the Justice League.
Sister Sercy is the Blue Lantern of Space Sector 4, chosen to be in the Blue Lantern Corps by Brother Hynn.

Arisia is the Green Lantern of Space Sector 2815. Her family has a long and proud history of serving in the Green Lantern Corps, and she has honored that lineage by serving with distinction in many of the Corps' harrowing campaigns.
Warth is the Blue Lantern of Space Sector 2, chosen by Saint Walker to join the Blue Lantern Corps, and recruited by Ganthet and Sayd to help the Green Lantern Corps prevent the War of Light. Before her death, Katma Tui was the Green Lantern of Sector 1417. Hailing from the plant Korugar, she was Thal Sinestro's successor and had to deal with her people's deep mistrust of Green Lanterns after all of her predecessor's many crimes. She served in the Corps a long time and distinguished herself for her bravery and ability on many occasions. She and fellow Lantern, John Stewart of Earth, were married.
Formerly an architect, social activist, and U.S. Marine sniper, John Stewart was chosen by the Guardians of the Universe to join the Green Lantern Corps, an intergalactic peacekeeping organization dedicated to protecting life throughout the universe. Stewart has proven himself time and again to be an exceptional champion in countless missions that have taken him across the cosmos. His distinguished service in the Corps has resulted in a place among the Oan Honor Guard and the position of Corps Leader.
As a happy-go-lucky hero and devoted family man, Buddy Baker can mimic the powers of any animal on Earth and beyond. His powers come from a connection with the morphogenetic field of Earth, also known as the Life Web or the Red.
Beatriz da Costa was bequeathed her green flame powers by Brazilian mysticism. She started her super-hero career in the Global Guardians. She has been a long time member of the Justice League in various incarnations, and is best known for her friendships/partnerships with fellow league members Tora (Ice) and Sigrid (Ice Maiden).
The "essence" of Firestorm found its way to a young man named Jason Rusch, and imbued him with powers very similar to the original.
