Movie Development

Based on Geoff Johns Throne of Atlantis, DC Comics releases Justice League: Throne of Atlantis as a sequel to Justice League: War with Jay Oliva and Ethan Spaulding directing and Heath Corson writing the movie.

Storyline Development

During the Justice League: War where the superheroes, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Shazam and Cyborg fought against the planet conquerer Darkseid, the movie Justice League: Throne of Atlantis continues the aftermath of the alien invasion and the destruction it brought to its neighboring world, Ocean Master, an Atlantean villain declares war to the surface world. Now, Aquaman or also known as Arthur Curry though young and reckless, he soon discovers his Aquatic Heritage. The movie shows the journey of discovering what he really is and what he is capable of. This is where the Justice League put in together again after the alien invasion. They must team up and meet the future King of Atlantis to fight against the war Ocean Master started and soon must stand up as the ruler of Atlanteans.

Not The Worst, but getting there. 0

Not a lot of people are fans of Aquaman. That's just the truth. He has been the butt of many a superhero joke for decades. Too Epic Too Litle Time 0

Like Man of Steel, Justice League: War was a less then auspicious start to this new DC Animated Universe. Son of Batman was no better. It isn’t like group working at Warner Bros. Animation, suddenly forgot how to make a good animated feature, they released the out of continuity Batman: Assault on Arkham after those two features.
