Beat Lady Shiva in combat. Easily the Best & Most skilled Martial Artist ever. Master of every combat form there is (Batman Secret Files & Origins #1). A driven, obsessed, perfectionist. He trained his body to physical perfection at a very young age and is an example of the maximum potential of the human body. He has perfected all forms of unarmed combat, mastered all weapons, and knows every nerve strike and pressure point. He is a combat genius able to utilize his vast arsenal of lethal strikes and modify them to be nonlethal. He augments his combat abilities with acrobatic skill, genius level intellect, and exploitation of his enemies weaknesses.

Beat Shang Chi in h2h. According to the Official Handbook of The Marvel Universe : Wolverine (2004), Logan has mastered all fighting styles. Still N2 in my opinion.

On par with Batman 1000000. Is a master of every single martial art in existence. His ability to mimic super-strength is kind of ridiculous since it should be impossible without a superpower, but he is still quite a notable character so he's mentioned here. Biggest cheater.

Has an on panel statement stating he's trained and studied all forms of martial arts. I think he is slightly more skilled than Captain America. I know, that he has faced the Iron Fist once in the past and defeated him.

The 2nd most skilled fighter in KF Panda verse after Oogway. Effortlessly beat entire Furious Five and defeated his teacher Shifu in a equal fight. Stated by Po (a kung-fu nerd) to be the "first ever to master the 'Thousand Scrolls on Kung-Fu. His traditional Leopard Style relies on the enormous upper body strength—the fighter crouches, remaining low to the ground. Tai Lung used brute strength, speed and agility, all ruled by a cunning mind—a master of all styles, he could pinpoint and exploit weakness while facing many opponents.

The 3rd most skilled fighter in KF Panda verse after Oogway and Tai Lung. While there is no "Panda style" of Kung-Fu, Po's fighting style is reminiscent of Tai Chi, which emphasizes simple, flowing movements and redirection of attacks. His fighting style also resembles Zui Quan, or "drunken kung fu." Bests Shifu for control of the last dumpling. Lays a beatdown on Tai Lung, etc. He easily stands out among his peers and cleverly uses his environment to his own advantage plus a few neat party tricks up his sleeve.

The combat computer is lodged up his brain so it is essentially a part of him. Without it he would be way lower on this list. CHEATER!!!!!

Rivals Batman. He's placed here because I'd rather highball him than lowball him, and it feels like it makes sense to put him near the character he is supposed to replicate.

Beat Taskmaster in h2h. His Radar Sense is a unique mental and physical skill. Daredevil has been able to counter incoming projectiles because of it. Not to mention Matt's hand to hand combat is one of the best combined with his extreme agility and increased awareness makes him a threat to be feared.

The 6th most skilled fighter in KF Panda verse after Oogway, Tai Lung, Po, Bad Po and Fenghuang. Constantly picking on Po but he later changes his ways. He may be small and old, but man is he quick and nimble on his feet considering he fights bigger opponents. Shifu successfully trained Po and while he himself couldn't beat a rogue apprentice, he had inspired Po to do the unthinkable. His limited fight scenes were pretty good too.

Has been stated to have mastered every fighting style. Slade's gear and stats are insane, and he's dependent on them. However, regardless of his dependence on them it still takes a great deal of skill to accomplish what he does. Swordsmanship, marksmanship and martial arts combined he's pretty up their when it comes to skill level.

He's held in high regards and pretty much came close to beating Richard (whether he lost or got stalemated seemed vague to me). I don't think his skill aspect has aged well enough though to the point he can go up against the likes of those above this list.

The man who beat Connor with ease, When he hit the scene he not only took out Connor but the whole arrow family, be afraid! His speed is most impressive, able to catch multiple arrows fired by both Connor and speedy with relative ease.

Able to mimic a fighting style once he's seen it, once went toe to toe with Richard dragon and held his own against Lady Shiva for awhile. His skill caught the attention of the monkey fist clan and he has defeated both the silver and bamboo monkeys. Even Batman notes his skills.

Even before his mutation, Splinter showed a remarkable level of intelligence for a rat, being able to mimic Master Yoshi's movements and instinctually understand the various skills and principles of ninjutsu. From this, following his mutation, Splinter became able to apply this knowledge and skills on a similar level to Master Yoshi himself. Even in old age, Splinter has distinguished himself as one of the greatest warriors in the multiverse, having once won the Battle Nexus Tournament. Likewise, Splinter is an equally accomplished teacher, having trained his adopted sons extensively to be formidable themselves. Likewise, his methods appear to provide fast results, as within months, he trained April to become very capable herself.
In addition to his exceptional skill in physical combat, Splinter is by no means lacking in other aspects of ninjutsu. He was able to penetrate the illusion created by the Foot Mystics and he and his sons defeated them by using meditation. Splinter's keen sense of observation is assisted by his strong sense of smell. Even when his opponents are invisible, he can still pick up their scent and get at least a vague idea of where they are.

When Ch'rell is in his exo-suit as the Shredder, he has demonstrated great skill at martial arts, out-fighting all of the Turtles and his primary weapon is the claws on his armored hand. He is quite capable of taking on almost any enemy in close combat. Shredder is also has knowledge of Utrom science and technology due and has many forms of advanced technology at his disposable.

Dick trained in all martial arts by Batman. Was named # 2 all over DC for hand-to-hand combat. He is really like a Marvel's Daredevil.

Pretty close to Nightwing, but slightly lower than him. Strong, fast and brutal. Effortlessly defeated Tim Drake in battle. Can go toe to toe with Batman. Beating Lady Shiva with her technique.

Mantis: Style is quick, calculating, responsive, and precise. Mantis' small size and incredible speed make him nearly invisible to opponents, an advantage that he uses to great effect. In addition, Mantis also possesses enormous strength, far more than his tiny size would imply. His powerful, high leaping rear legs and raptorial forelegs are used as defensive weapons. Mantis is known throughout China for his devastating "acupuncture attack," which can render a foe immobile.
Crane: The traditional Crane style is natural, graceful, effortless, fluid, and balanced. In traditional crane style, the fighter poses his striking hand similar to the long pointed beak of the bird. Crane does not use his beak, but instead, he utilizes his wings for big, circular sweeping movements designed to exploit his wingspan; by enlarging the striking zone, he diffuses his opponents' energy—using four ounces of energy to deflect one thousand tons of pressure.

Tiger Claw is a highly skilled martial artist. In The Wrath of Tiger Claw, he effortlessly defeated the 1987 ninja turtles after escaping from the Kraathatrogons. He is also capable of easily defeating the Ninja Turtles, Karai, and Shinigami simultaneously. However, his skills are ultimately inferior to a ninja master such as Splinter, as the latter proved to be capable of easily overpowering him. April was also capable of defeating him, though she distracted him at first.

Leonardo: Leonardo is extremely skilled and is very effective with his swords. He displays balance in physical strength and mental strength. He is the most responsible as he has to obey Master Splinter and keep an eye on his brothers. The most skilled of the Turtles.
Raphael: Strongest of the Turtles and second in terms of skills. Like his brothers, he has a great sense of balance and agility. He can jump farther and higher than a human, as well as move quicker and more easily on narrow surfaces. He is the strongest fighter of the group (this is certainly true when training) Raphael has beaten his brothers including Donatello before in fights, both with and without weapons.
Michelangelo: Like his brothers, Michelangelo is well-trained in the ninja arts by Master Splinter, benefits from enhanced strength and agility, and possesses all natural abilities of turtles.
Donatello: Worst in terms of skills.
