Could see an argument for either one... but personally in a random encounter green goblin would win. He is physically superior to Batman. I see Goblin beating batman silly but Batman escaping. Next time they fought it would likely be a win for Bats though. Because of course he would have his greatest weapon... the almighty prep time.

Thor wins round 1 effortlessly in 10/10 rounds.

Thor in round 2 as well but maybe 6/10 or 7/10. Thor knows martial arts that dont even exist on earth. He fought against Tryco Slatterus for God's sake... hand to hand only. If this happened in a Batman comic he would win but in a fair fight it would be close but I give the edge in round 2 to Thor as well.

With lopsided prep BP might win. I would still give the edge to Spidey because in almost every way he physically outclasses him. BP only really has a chance because of his greater resources. Also Peter is smarter. Its a stretch to say any differently. He has Reed's intelligence and is actually more resourceful and better at thinking on the fly. BP is no idiot but i think people are stretching. He is top 8. Spidey is on or above Pym, Tony, and Reed. His intelligence feats are countless and way more impressive. If BP somehow wins he does NOT do it by having greater intelligence.
