Origin

Heatstroke is a member of the 25th Century team called the Renegades, an Reverse Flash Task Force. The Renegades use the gimmickry of the Rogues. In particular, Heatstroke uses the gimmickry of Heatwave.

Current Events

Sometime before the Renegades are sent back in time to arrest Barry Allen on suspicion of murdering the Renegade Mirror Monarch, Heatstroke is wounded in battle, requiring the use of a healing suit. It can be inferred he was burnt, likely with his own weaponry.

During the trip back in time, Heatstroke's associate Top confers in him that he doesn't put much trust into the 25th Century way of justice, much to Heatstroke's chagrin. Shortly afterword, the Rogues attacked and the two groups fight.

Heatstroke is one of the members that goes back in time to arrest Top after it is revealed that he had killed Mirror Monarch and framed Barry Allen so as to keep an ancestor of his from being convicted of two counts of murder, thus barring him from joining the Renegades.

Powers and Abilities

In addition to the standard Renegades Cosmic Disc, that allows flight and time travel, Heatstroke possesses a protective suit that accelerates healing and protects from heat, as well as a flame gun that can project heat that can melt the Flash's Speed Force aura, thus rendering him vulnerable to friction experienced at high speeds.
