Origin

The Weather Warlock is part of the Renegades, a Reverse Flash Task Force from the 25 century. Whereas the Rogues used their gimmicks to fight against the heroic Flash, the RFTF use the same gimmicks in preparation for fighting the Reverse Flash. In particular, the Warlock uses the gadgetry of the Weather Wizard.

Current Events

When the Flash is framed for the murder of the Renegade Mirror Monarch, the Warlock is among those sent to apprehend him in the 21st century. In the initial confrontation, Commander Cold creates a snowstorm to try and slow the Flash down, and has the Warlock try and control it. The Flash is able to stop the blizzard. The Trixster attempts to use high tech handcuffs against the Flash, but instead cuffs Weather Warlock. In the Warlock's attempt to free himself, he uses his want against his Cosmic Disc, which damages it. The Renegades are all recalled back to the 25th Century because of the damage.

The Renegades return and are able to successfully apprehend the Flash. However, they are interrupted this time by Captain Boomerang and the Rogues. During the ensuing fight with the Rogues, the Weather Warlock confronts his predecessor, the Weather Wizard. However, the Rogues had brought one of Sam Scudder's Mirrors to the fight. Captain Boomerang breaks it, sucking the Flash in. During this time, the Renegade Top confronts Iris West, who was about to uncover the fact that Top's ancestor had committed double murder. This ancestral guilt would bar Top from joining the Renegades.

The Warlock, along with the other Renegades, takes the Flash to the 2th Century to face trial. During the trial, the Flash escapes and ultimately apprehends the Top, where he is charged with the murder of the Mirror Monarch and taken back to the 25th Century by the Renegades.

Powers and Abilities

In addition to his standard issue Cosmic Disc, which allows time travel and flight, the Weather Warlock possessed a Weather Wand similar to the original Weather Wizard's that allowed him to control the weather.
