sorry but they're just....dumb..and annoying..."oh no I'm out of fluid"....gee wonder if we'll see that one.
the organic shooters, a la toby, are the way to go...no it doesn't make much sense for them to come out of his wrist...but...that still makes as much sense as justifying ANY of his powers...so..whatever.
meh on this one...on one hand I'm glad we're getting more spiderman..and that they may be able to redeem that abortion that was Spiderman 3...but..not a fan of the actor..the shooters..and even the suit doesn't look right...somehow.
I didn't care for CReeves superman either. For this reboot to work they need to make him more like the comics, not an out-dated movie portrayal. Also no campy Luthor if he's in it. I love Gene Hackman but his Luthor was terrible. There's a reason Dr. Evil is funny (even if you don't find him funny there's a reason that portrayal was used) and he's exactly like Luthor "I am evil mwahahaha"..that craps stupid...and only belongs in a parody/comedy film like Austin Powers. If they try to stick with that old-time Superman the movie will fail. It needs to be done in light of the new batman flicks. So no..no Chris Reeves (all do respect, R.I.P.) style Superman OR Hackman style Luthor for that matter.
His style was perfect. If you watch the documentries behind it, he was the perfect Superman. He was so close to the Comic, and his build was too.
yah. for the time. and the comics of the time. like I said. But in our CURRENT time..it WON'T WORK. Superman in the comics is NOT like that anymore. Of course we can't get some steroid induced superman in the films..and that's fine..but Superman and Clark don't even act like that anymore.
which is what I said...they can't stick to an outdated portrayal of him.
I'm not that big a fan of Cap...He's a cool concept but shown doing too much against those who'd swap him like a bug.
regardless I want to see the movie because it actually looks half-decent..and I'm a sucker for decent comic movies..even if it's a character/team I'm not that big a fan of (like say X-Men)
