I find Smallville's importance to the overall DCTV universe overrated. The most valuable lesson it proved to Warner Bros. was that a modern superhero show could be profitable, but honestly, I think the rise of the Marvel movies and Marvel Netflix would've still resulted in DCTV. Like you've mentioned before, Smallville was not successful in expanding it's own universe into other shows and for the first few seasons it really wasn't a superhero show. It's main saving grace is that it still has the most interesting depiction of a live action Lex Luthor. If Rosenbaum wasn't on that show I might never have watched it.
If it helps, like most 3rd party candidates, he was never a serious contender to begin with. Within a single member district plurality, voting for a third party is like tossing your vote in a trash can.
It really bugs me that for all the boasting we do about how "free" America is we actually have only one more viable option for leadership than a dictatorship. We should have proportional representation like Europe.
This is very tricky. It is hard to improve your writing with limited feedback. My best advice is to read as much professional writing as possible. With enough experience, you'll start applying a better quality of writing to your own style without even noticing. I'd also recommend doing research into editing skills and reading books on fundemental elements such as plotting, scene structure, character building, etc.
Lastly, the most helpful thing to do is to get test readers. Unfortunately, you probably won't get that here or most other fan fic sites, because they're more about posting stories than commenting on them. I'd recommend trying to speak to other writers you know and join a writing group. Organize meetings around twice a week to read each others stories in return for criticism.

You should really watch Marvel's earlier films. We've been spoiled today with what we considered a bad comic book movie. 90's Cap, 80's Punisher, and Hasslehoff's Nick Fury movie make your top pick look oscar worthy.

Violence and Force are defined way too broadly in this. This post makes compromise sound like opression. Like you've pointed out, it's impossible for every human being to want the same things, and even more impossible for a group to form interests that please every single individual. Everyone has their own self interests and there's no shame in sacrificing short term autonomy (anarchy, where every individual is a warring king/queen) opposed to long term stability (organized government, where few people lead many, in peace amoungst each other).
I'd rather this just be a new origin for the Outsiders. Then slowly, we can begin to phase the original line up back in. So far, King's run on batman has been sluggish.
