@delphic: It took me a few long boxes to learn the hard way that digital is the way of the future. Our generation has just been moving towards an era where comics aren't as collectable as they used to be.

Here's my wishlist btw: http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/ref=nav_wishlist_btn

Hopefully it will give you ideas on how to form a solid dc collection. The idea behind my list is to have references for all of the big seven Pre and Post Flashpoint with a few of DC's greatest hits mixed in. I also added in some Wally West and Kyle Rayner stories because I personally find them more interesting than their predecessors. This might also help:

DC Entertainment Essential Graphic Novels and Chronology 2015

It's a free kindle publication DC puts out to let there readers know which trade books they'd recommend. It's mainly organized by character or team.

@delphic What I've been doing is buying full stories via amazon. The kindle versions are usually cheaper and no shipping so you get it instantly (plus the app is free). Whatever I can't afford I put on a wishlist. I did a little bit of browsing and found that they are all being sold in the kindle store. The last one was the most expensive at 16 bucks but most of the others were 8-10 dollars a piece, and one of them was only six dollars.

Too many greens but that's understandable.

Only if you count Guy and Kyle as green.

This comment was made a few drafts ago. It's more balanced now.

I don't think I've ever actually used legendaries on any of my teams. It always felt like cheating to me since they're all like 100-150 base points higher than normal pokemon.

@teerack: It's actually getting to become too easy to form perfect teams that account for every pokemon dual type. Now that tm's are infinite and fairy types are included, Elektross is one of the only pokemon left that doesn't have a supereffective weakness.

@teerack: I just like them because they tend to have much higher stats and have a resistant to water, fire, grass, and electric attacks. Their weak point is higher amount of experience for leveling and their generally weaker early stages of evolution. Fairies were just added to give poison types a reason to exist. Jigglypuff should not be able to take down Dragonite, but now it can.

I've never used Geodude because I don't trade. If the game could still run the link cable and my 2 gameboys I'd definitely go for a Gengar.

Feraligator's my favorite (Typholosion's close but not close enough). Besides the Hoenn starters almost every grass starter has been lame when compared to the others.

Beedrill just doesn't pull high numbers without the Mega Evo.

No dragons????

It's a female character in a comic book, what did you expect? Unless we're reading My Little Pony all popular female characters are made sexual in some way. Come to think of it I don't remember most of the ponies wearing clothes either.

Maybe it's just where I grew up but I don't think find ratings to be to helpful. My friends and I all watched R rated movies several years before we turned 17, plus with access to the internet it's pretty easy to get around it nowadays. Ratings are about as helpful as those front pages on porn sites that ask you to lie about your age (at leat if you're under 18).

I personally think it's just better for parents to talk with their children about the content they view rather than trying to censor them from it (because that just makes them more curious about it).

@i_like_swords: I really want KOTOR & SWTOR to be cannon. I can personally do without nearly everything after the original trilogy; aside from some of the Boba Fett stuff I'm not too intrigued with that period, especially the Cade Skywalker generation.
