Just because you had a few crap comics with Spider-Man beating Thor, Thanos and Firelord doesn't mean he's automatically herald or skyfather levels
Spider-Man is close to mid tier, he is durable, has a healing factor, his webbing is strong enough to briefly hog tie guys as strong as Thing, Rhino, Namor....Spider-Man himself he is 15 tons, he dodges multiple rapid gunfire from point blank, has knocked multiples bullets out of the air with webbing and has a precog sense that allows him to dance around opponents who have super speed, dances around enemies as strong as the Xmen and backhands guys as tough as Wolverine into knockout.....he does this almost every month in comics, its regular and in continuity

Deathstroke is close to street level and most of his big feats are PIS, someone at Robin, Batgirl and Batman level has put him on his ass.
Don't get me wrong he's great, much better than Batman, he's better armed than almost any comicbook character but he's still a street leveler
even with Slade getting Prep, Spidey should win 99% of the time

I think Namor would give Thor a fight if speed was equalized, and Storm may provide enough of a distraction to tip the balance
bolts should not damage Namor unless Thor charges up a Godblast then of course Namor dies but regular bolts should do nothing to Namor
that scan of Thor knocking out Namor in in rain was a long, long time ago. Ancient history. Thor was fighting on Hitlers side then, and heroes like Cap, Victor Von Doom, Bucky, android Torch and Namor were trying to save people from Ze Germans...its like from the 40s or something.
Doom was actually a hero then cos the Fan4 didn't exist and he was saving the Roma from concentration camps. Thor doing that stuff is like dinosaur times ago
Not saying Namor wins, but with equal speed Thor is going to work for the win
oh yeah and Namor is immune to electricity, electric manipulation is one of his powers people forget

and she could probably transmute Storm, Wolverine and Nightcrawler into fishsticks
