Both are just horrible movies. Which was worse?

I vote ASM. Batman & Robin at least infuriated you while made you laugh at how ridiculous it was. Amazing Spider-Man was just horrible (with the exception of Emma Stone as Gwen), with nothing to make you laugh.

Batman & Robin is absolute trash. The only way it would ever be considered as good is if we looked at it as a parody/spoof movie.

I went with Batman and Robin because while I didn't really like TASM I feel the flow between Emma and the dude who played Pete was pretty good. Also Bat nipples.

Batman and Robin easy.

Easily the dumbest question ever. Anyone with a passing knowledge of movies or comics should know Batman and Robin should never have been given the green light. You're clearly just tryin' to mock Amazing Spider-man.

#13 Posted by Manwhohaseverything (887 posts) - 2 months, 24 days ago - Show Bio

Well, since Amazing Spider-man was actually good, and Batman and Robin was horrible, this is wayyyyy to easy to answer.

Batman & Robin.

The Amazing Spider-Man isn't even the worst Spider-Man movie. I'm looking at you, Spider-Man 3.

amazing spider-man isn't garbage.

Spider-man 3 is.

Spider-Man 3 was epic in every way possible (except making Sandman Uncle Ben's killer. That was horrible).

A better question would be, which is the worse movie, Spider-Man 3 or X-Men: The Last Stand? Both were big disappointments when compared to the their previous films, but neither are nearly as bad as Batman and Robin.

Batman and Robin

Amazing Spider-Man wasn't that bad. People just need to stop expecting perfection. Batman & Robin is an absolute abomination of a film, I can't believe anyone would even question if it was better than ASM.

Amazing was a great movie, to me anyway. This isn't even close. Batman and Robin was pure garbage.

Now that's a tough one, I'd say The Last Stand, but not by much really, they were both pretty bad.

Also, Amazing Spider-Man wasn't bad, it wasn't that good, but certainly not worse than one of the worst films ever made.

You're Polls on Amazing Spider-Man seem to humiliate you more than it does the movie you're intended target.

The Amazing Spiderman was boring. It looked nice but it bored me to death. Atleast Batman and Robin kept me interested.

I gotta go Spider-man 3, though that may be more about my expectations, and the fact that I love Spider-man and am lukewarm on the X-Men, so it hurts me more when a Spider-man story sucks. Now..what was worse: Spider-man 3, X-Men: The Last Stand, or whatever that Wolverine movie was called. (X-Men Origins, I think.)

X-Men Origins: Wolverine was so bad that even Marvel is pretending that one didn't happen. It's not quite Batman and Robin bad, but it's probably the closest comic book movie you'll find to Batman and Robin's level of bad movie making.

How anyone can actually think Batman & Robin is comparable to The Amazing Spider-Man is beyond me. No contest Batman & Robin was complete garbage

i dont recall batman and robin that well since it's been several years since i watched it, anyway it doesn't matter since amazing spiderman, though not great was still a much better movie than batman and robin. Before batman begins all batman movies sucked.

"Batman and Robin" was horrible. Very campy and it featured the ending sequence implying that Mr. Freeze beat up Poison Ivy. I thought of that last week when I clicked past it on my TV and randomly thought how messed up it was that they literally ended the movie with the disturbing image that Batman let Freeze take out his vengeance on Ivy wearing his full battle armor.

Batman and Robin was not a good movie at all, but I watch it every time it's on...

@TheCannon: But ASM was actually decent. Now Spider-Man 3, there's a bad film in all its horror. Neither rank as worst as Batman and Robin. Aside from the occasional Freeze pun, it's an utter disgrace to what Batman should be.

Nuff said.

Nah, But I do hate Superman III almost as much.

Superman The Movie and Superman II are the greatest superhero films ever though.

Those few are personal favourites of mine too. I also thought Spider-Man 2, X-Men 2 and Watchmen (Despite the crap ending) were awesome.

Unfortunately, there are far too many poor superhero films.

@TheCannon: Batman and Robin was at least amusingly bad. Almost in a Plan 9 kinda way.

Amazing Spider-Man was just bad.

Batman & Robin started the trend of Bane being retarded.
