@cracks: prehaps cant be no different then other movies I have seen. For instance Superman Returns so much CG its disgusting. Im sure they could get the financial backing for it. If they want a X-Men movie that is going to not get criticized then get a villain that is hard to kill.
First and foremost they need to fix the story line and the characters. If they are going to make another one Phoenix needs to come back so she can bring back Cyclops. Gambit needs to be in it and how about some classic Rogue after Ms. Marvel. Nightcrawler would be great to see again. That bunk looking Psylocke in X3 was a joke. Hooker didnt even have the Crimson Dawn tattoo that gave her the ability to come out of shadows which they totally screwed that concept up to. Dazzler would be a excellent addition to the movie and so would Sunfire. Villain wise, they need to just do Apocalypse and have him out to kill humanity and the mutants around the world have to band together to stop him from wiping out humanity and turning mutants into his own personal genetic experiment.
I have the issue and let me tell you. I have nothing bad to say about it. The Finch cover is excellent. The artwork inside took me by surprise. Its just as good as the cover art. Psylocke, Dazzler, and Wolverine! Thats like the "Lets Waste Them!" Team. Each has character has a attitude.
