Weapons that can Bestow Powers

  • Powers granted unto its wielder

    Weather Manipulation: Wielding Mjolnir grants its master the ability to control the base elements of a storm, i.e. rain, wind, thunder, lightning and more (although Thor can control them by himself, it seems that Mjolnir boosts his ability of controlling the base elements of a storm). They can create giant raging electrical storms complete with thunder, lightning, hurricane-force winds, tornadoes, blizzards, tidal waves, exploding volcanoes, earthquakes and torrential rains across entire planets at a moment's notice. It can also create any of these phenomena individually. Another aspect of this power allows them to stop any of these weather conditions instantly as well. Its user can create storms on a planetary wide scale or larger if needed, and is not limited to the normal limits of Mother Nature and can go beyond and defy what natural weather can do such as creating rain in space where there is no atmosphere. The ability of Mjolnir's wielder to control and create storms extends to any and all storms as he has been shown to control and create raging temporal storms in time, create Solar Flares, powerful stellar winds in space and so on.

    Flight: Mjolnir's user is capable of hurling Mjolnir with great force and, by holding onto the leather thong, is capable of flying through the air at tremendous speeds. While in an Earth-like atmosphere, Thor generally flew at roughly the Speed of Sound, roughly 770 miles per hour. Thor could fly so fast that he is invisible to the naked eye.[31] He has been clocked flying at three times the speed of light,[32] and is capable of achieving speeds far greater than that. It has been established that the speed of Thor's hammer transcends both time and space.[33] Mjolnir can also perform complicated maneuvers in the air,[34] and change course in mid-flight at the speed of thought.[35] By spinning Mjolnir at high speeds over his head, Thor has been able to hover in midair.

    Energy Projection: With Mjolnir, its wielder can project powerful mystical beams of energy. He can even channel energies for stronger energy attacks.

    God-Blast: Thor is capable of channeling different amounts of his godly energies in combination with the mystical properties of Mjolnir can be channeled through his hammer for a single massive energy beam known as the God-Blast.[19][36] His godly energy is so vast and powerful, that even when reinforced with the Belt of Strength, which should double Mjolnir's fortification and durability, when Thor channeled his godly energies into Mjolnir to destroy the Brain Dome of the mighty Celestial Exitar,[19] the hammer shattered from the amount of power Thor channeled. The God-Blast is so immensely powerful and destructive that it has proven capable of destroying beings as large and as powerful as the being Galactus, who was forced to flee for his life.[37] Thor can send the God-Blast to the core of Ego the Living Planet and Alter Ego and render both comatose.[38] He has also used the God-Blast to defeat Surtur, Ymir, Juggernaut, and Zelia.

    Anti-Force: Thor is capable of producing an indescribably powerful blast known as the Anti-Force which is capable of annihilating entire planets.[39] This blast is so powerful that with just a single emission, Thor was capable of putting down and seemingly killing the powerful entity Mangog himself.

    Thermo-Blast: Thor has the ability to produce a universe shaking Thermo-Blast capable of decimating even entire planets and beings as powerful as Ego the Living Planet.[40]

    Energy Sensing: Mjolnir can detect practically all types of energy.[41][42][43] It reacts particularly strongly to evil psychic energy,[44] and supernatural energy.[45]. Mjolnir can also track down the energy pattern of someone in hiding,[46] detect any Asgardian's aura by their electrons discharge,[47] and can sense and track the energy radiating from mystical objects.[48]

    Energy Absorption and Redirection: Thor is able to use Mjolnir to absorb any energy blasts directed towards him as means of attack. Once the energy is absorbed, Thor can redirect it back amplified many times over towards the source and/or use it as a weapon of his own. Thor has used Mjolnir to reflect the vast and hazardous amounts of energy being emitted by the biological weapon implanted within the Wasp's body by the Skrulls back at her while all of Earth's other super humans were helpless. Thor used Mjolnir to absorb Ultron's entire energy source, the Silver Surfer's Power Cosmic,[49] Sky-Walker's Cosmic Tempest,[50] radioactive energy,[51] magnetism[52] such as Magneto's personal magnetic field,[53] and a portion of Pangoria's planetary magnetic field. Mjolnir's ability to absorb energy is so powerful he managed to absorb, contain and redirect the entire energy of the Null Bomb, which was powerful enough to destroy the entire galaxy,[54] absorb mystical energies, such as Pluto's mystic flame.[55] He was even able to absorb a portion of the mystical energies from every god pantheon on Earth,[56] and absorbed the electromagnetic energies of the Celestial Mother-ship.[57]

    Teleportation: By grasping Mjolnir by the leather thong and rapidly swirling it, Thor can channel energies for the purpose of Wormholes through means of a vortex[58] and in this vortex time has no meaning, which means he and others can pass through it to their destinations instantaneously.[59] He can open gateways which allow him to travel across locations no matter how great the distance within moments or even across entire dimensions, as he does when he travels from Asgard to Earth and vice-versa.[60][61] Thor has used Mjolnir to rip the fabric of the universe to send Surtur and Ymir to the Death Dimension[62] and send an entire population to Limbo,[63] Thor can also use Mjolnir to travel through portals anywhere within the same dimension.[64]

    Matter Manipulation: By spinning Mjolnir in a precise manner at cyclotronic speeds, Thor can manipulate matter from a molecular level to a vast scale, which allows him to create other configurations and even allows him to transmute the elements themselves. This ability was evident when he transmuted the Absorbing Man's wood and iron body to the gas helium.[45]

    Nether World Power: Thor can use Mjolnir to tap into the power of the Nether Worlds (dark dimensions).[65]

    Cosmic Energy: Mjolnir allows Thor to produce and control Cosmic Energy to an unknown limit for a variety of purposes.[66]

    Electromagnetic Spectrum Manipulation: Thor was able to absorb and manipulate the electromagnetic energies of the Celestial Mothership.[57]

    Invisibility and Intangibility: Thor can turn himself or others, using Mjolnir, completely intangible and/or invisible.[67] An offshoot of this ability is that Thor can use Mjolnir to completely disrupt the phasing abilities of super humans such as the Vision, Shadowcat etc.[68]

    Event Recall: Thor can use Mjolnir to recall past events.[69]

    Transmigration of Souls: Thor's hammer has the ability to manipulate souls.[70]

    Life Force Absorption: Thor used this ability on the super villain the Presence, who was forced to surrender to prevent himself from being reduced to a lifeless husk.[71]

    Illusion Detection: Mjolnir can distinguish images, holograms, and different illusions from reality: Thor once commanded the hammer to strike the demon lord Mephisto, who was hiding among false images of himself.[72]

    Interdimensional Messaging: Thor can used Mjolnir to send psychic messages between the nine realms.

    Transformation: When Thor was living on Earth under his mortal guise, he could use Mjolnir to transfer from his Donald Blake persona into Thor and vice versa. Thor loses this ability when Odin permanently separates the two personas. The transformation returns after Odin's death and Ragnarök restore Donald Blake to existence, allowing him to draw Thor back to Earth from the void once he finds the hammer, but for a time the two share an existence where they are distinct individuals who nevertheless have a similar memory.

    Immunity to Other Forces: Even without activating the powers of Mjolnir, Thor's hammer, enchanted by Odin, is impervious to nearly all forms of change, as he himself claimed that no power in the universe but the All-Father's could affect Mjolnir, shown when Amora's magical efforts during her first confrontation with Thor to change it into a deadly serpent availed her naught.

    Allspeak: Thanks to the Allspeak, the wielder of Mjolnir can communicate with and be understood by all races.

  • Powers

    Transformation: By tapping the enchanted mace, Masterson transformed from his Thunderstrike form to his mortal form, in which his mace transformed into a cane. By tapping the cane, Masterson was transformed back into his Thunderstrike form and the cane reverted to the mace.

    Superhuman Strength: As Thor, Masterson had Class 100 strength. In his Thunderstrike form, Masterson possessed superhuman strength superior to that of the average Asgardian male, being able to lift about 75 tons. At his peak, he could lift about 100 tons. In human form, Eric Masterson had the strength of a normal human who engaged in regular exercise.

    Superhuman Speed: As Thunderstrike, Masterson was capable of running and moving at speeds greater than even the finest human athlete.

    Superhuman Stamina: As Thunderstrike, Masterson's musculature produced considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of a human being. His physical stamina was equal to that of the average Asgardian male and he could exert himself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before fatigue began to impair him.

    Superhumanly Dense Tissue: As Thunderstrike, Masterson's skin, muscle, and bone tissues had 3 times the density than the same tissue of a human being. This contributed, somewhat, to his superhuman strength and weight.

    Superhuman Durability: As Thunderstrike, Masterson's body was far more resistant to physical injury than the body of an ordinary human. He was capable of withstanding great impact forces, temperature and pressure extremes, and powerful energy blasts without sustaining injury.

    Regenerative Healing Factor: As Thunderstrike, like all Asgardians, if injured, Masterson's body could heal itself with superhuman levels of speed and efficiency. However, he would not have been able to regenerate missing limbs or organs without magical assistance.

    Superhuman Longevity: As Thunderstrike, like all Asgardians, Masterson was highly resistant to the effects of aging resulting in him aging at a rate much slower than a human being, although he was not immortal. However, he was immune to all known Earthly diseases and infections.

    Allspeak: Thanks to the Allspeak, Asgardians can communicate with and be understood by all races.

  • Transformation: By tapping his enchanted hammer on the ground, he is transformed from his Beta Ray Thor form to his mortal form. For his Korbinite body, it is transformed into a cane. He can transform back into his Beta Ray Thor form by tapping his cane upon the ground or when he was in the body of Simon Walters, by pounding his fist on the ground.

    Superhuman Strength: Bill is phenomenally strong. He was capable of matching Thor pound per pound in their first encounter as foes to a certain extent. Bill has claimed to possess enough strength to crush entire moons with his fists[1], and to shatter entire planets with the force of his blows.[49] In fact, combined with Thor's help, his hammer thrown was powerful enough to destroy a portal that dwarfed stars in size.[50]

    Superhuman Speed: He is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than even the finest human athlete. With Stormbreaker, he can fly at speeds faster than light.

    Superhuman Stamina: Bill has superhuman stamina which can allow him to function at full capacity for many days at a time without tiring at the very least. In hot climates, his stamina is limitless.

    Superhuman Reflexes: His reaction time is superior to the finest human athlete and most superhumans.

    Superhumanly Dense Tissue: As a Korbinite his skin, muscle, and bone tissues had 3 times the density than the same tissue of a human being. This contributed, to his superhuman weight. He is immune to penetration wounds, tremendous impacts, and falls from great heights.

    Superhuman Durability: Bill's body is far more resistant to physical injury than the body of an ordinary human. He is capable of withstanding great impact forces, temperature and pressure extremes, surviving in the heart of a Sun without even a slight discomfort, and even survive at point blank range, powerful energy blasts capable of destroying entire planets without any visible physical injury.[51]

  • Powers

    The first and most-powerful symbiote manifested by Knull from the living abyss,[2] All-Black is metaphysically tethered to the undead corpse of the Celestial used to refine it, which supplies it with power in exchange for assimilating the souls of those slain by the Necrosword.[7] In addition to the abilities bestowed by lesser symbiotes, All-Black grants its host powers similar to those of Knull himself.[8] As a result, Gorr -- a mere mortal -- was able to kill countless gods and essentially became a dark god himself; simultaneously defeating three versions of Thor.[8][10] It is also able to fire blasts of dark energy, to augment the wielder's own divine abilities, and kill immortal beings as powerful as the Celestials.[10][2]

    Superhuman Strength: All-Black augments its host's strength to the extent that a mortal such as Gorr was able throw chunks of a moon into space; best Young Thor, present-day Thor, and All-Father Thor in combat all at the same time;[10] and single-handedly defeat millions of gods in open combat - including one that supposedly "wrestled with black holes for fun." However, it is meant to be wielded by a god: Knull was able to decapitate a Celestial with a single strike,[2] King Thor was able to defeat Galactus in single combat, Galactus effortlessly destroyed countless planets using its power, Ego used it to devour the last of the Celestials of Earth-14412,[15] and Loki effortlessly destroyed Ego as a test of his newfound power.[22]

    Superhuman Durability: While wielding All-Black, Knull was able to survive prolonged combat against armies of hundreds of other gods; while Gorr able to survive a massive lightning bolt summoned by Thor, the Godblast of an Odin-Force powered All-Father Thor - which propelled him "several light years" away in a matter of seconds - and survived being immersed in a star to no ill effect.[10] When thrown into a black hole in an attempt to destroy it, All-Black was unharmed and eventually assimilated the singularity.[23] Loki was also engulfed in Ego's magma while destroying him to no ill effect.[22]

    Superhuman Speed: By manifesting wings, All-Black enables its host to fly at hypersonic and possibly faster-than-light speeds, as when Gorr quickly overtook Thor during their first encounter.

    Superhuman Reflexes: Gorr was able to catch Thor rather easily off guard, as well as many other gods.

    Longevity: After bonding to All-Black, Gorr lived for at least three-thousand years and still looked to be in his prime.[24][11]

    Regeneration: While bonded to All-Black, Gorr was able to recover from a lightning strike within four days with no signs of injury from the incident. He was also able to regenerate or reattach his arm after it was severed by Thor.[11]

    Constituent-Matter Manipulation: While All-Black's original and preferred form is that of a sword,[2] it is able to shapeshift to create clothes, armor, wings, weapons, and tendrils from its living abyss. It can also be used to create semi/fully sentient entities as minions, such as the shadowy beasts known as the "Black Berserkers".[25]

    Dark Energy Manipulation: All-Black is capable of wreathing itself in or discharging blasts of purple energy -- as seen during Knull's battle with the Silver Surfer,[9] and when Gorr used it to blow up a Space Shark in his battle with young Thor.[10] It was also capable of augmenting the innate energy projection abilities of its hosts, as seen when All-Father Thor used it to strengthen both his Thorforce and mystical lightning when battling Galactus, turning them black.[12]

    Divine Slaying: The weapon's main purpose is the killing of Celestials, gods, and other cosmic entites;[2] and as such it is capable of bypassing their immortality and affecting them as though they were mortal. As an extension of this, All-Black feeds off and draws its strength from the blood of gods it kills, and the more gods killed by it or its creations the more power it can provide its host; though this power must be replenished as it is used up.[

  • Red Energy Conduit: The rings use red energy, supplied by a Power Battery, which in most cases takes the form of red light. A Red Lantern's ring is one of the most powerful weapons in the known Universe. Red Lantern's ring, has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe, including electromagnetic energies such as gravity, radiation, heat, light, and powerful blasts of concussive force. The ring can also create fields of force formed from an unknown energy that was bound by the users' will. The limitations of such use are the skill, knowledge and imagination of the user.

    Rage Plasma: The Red Lantern can vomit plasma, which has been described as napalm and acid mixed together, it burns away at anything. It can be surmised that is the internal rages effect on the blood. These flames burn even in space. The effect it has on living beings allows it to ignite the flames of rage in a victims' blood and has the effect of burning through an energy aura of an opponent as well as corrupting other power rings depleting them at an accelerated rate and greatly weakening the structures they create.

    Rage Transformation: All Red Power Rings bring about an odd transformation within the hosts being, most every change varies from wearer to wearer. Said transition can be as menial as a simple costume change to as dramatic as a full on biophysical metamorphosis, two such transformations occurred in Red Lanterns Rankorr and Judge Sheko. The alterations are more than skin deep, those with exceptionally strong fury can become physically and emotionally more powerful than the average feral lantern. Even retaining some small part of their mental stability while developing new powers unique to themselves.

    Energy Projection: The ring can be used to fire blasts of Rage energy. This power is unique as it takes the form of rage-energized blood. The ring can project this blood as a blast that has the effect of a concussive blast with high destructive capability. The weapon's power is more an indication of the Rage of the user, rather than their willpower.

    Blood Portals: A unique quality of the Power Ring, is their capacity to open portals out of the red lantern's plasma blood. Enabling the wielder in question to traverse interstellar distances in an instant.

    Energy Constructs: The ring can form constructs of Rage energy. The primary function of the Power Ring is to provide a weapon capable of transforming the wearer's thoughts into physical constructs through the wearer's rage. A Red Lantern can create any particular items or construct that they can imagine as long as they have the appropriate amount of rage necessary to will it into existence. The constructs are made out of red energy, which is a tangible form of pure rage, and they exist only as long as a Red Lantern is fueling it with their rage. Items created by the rings are not indestructible and are only as powerful as the rage of the Red Lantern creating them. The types of constructs usually reflects the ring wearer's personality. Only a select few Red Lanterns naturally displayed the ability to make construct while the others being required to consume their blood in order to gain the ability to create them.

    Force Field: The ring can create force fields of various sizes and shapes to protect the wearer and others around him. With the cosmic duties of the ring wielder, it is only natural that the power ring is designed for operation in space. The ring creates a force field around the wearer, protecting them from the hazards of the void including filtration of stellar radiation and microscopic particulate matter which would ordinarily be fatal should the space debris strike the ring wielder at high speeds. An atmosphere appropriate to the ring wielder's biology is created inside the force field, body temperature is maintained and waste products are removed. Gravitational stresses which could cause injury are stabilized for the ring wielder. Theoretically, a ring wielder could use the ring as their sole source of life support. The force-field seems to be created instantaneously, though whether this is due to programming or an instinctive reaction from intensive training has not been established.

    Flight: By the manipulation of anti-gravitation and directed molecular movement, the ring allows the user to fly at incredible speeds.

    Mind reading: the Red Lantern ring allows its user to read the mind of others, more specifically, their memories. This ability was used by Red lanterns to understand the cause of a victim's rage or to watch the misdoings of tormentors. While at first only displayed by The Judge, Guy Gardner also learned to read minds by watching her.

    Rage Absorption: Red Power Rings can absorb and re-release rage energy dispersed over a great distance, theoretically making the ring bearer more powerful than ever.

    Rage Infection: The Red Power Ring is capable of infecting others with the rage of the Red Lantern, which can lead to them being converted to the Red Lantern Cause.

    Rage Empowerment: the Red Lantern ring is unique in that its base of power, Rage, can be manipulated by the ring user. A Red Lantern can detect the rage in the heart of others and by connection the heart that pumps that blood. The rage and hatred of an individual red lantern empowers their abilities as well as the rage and hatred of others.

    Black Lantern Resistance: As the Black Lanterns favor attacking and killing their victims by ripping their hearts out, the Red Lanterns can survive the attack for as long as their wrath burns bright.

    Blood Replication: Red Rings give the user the ability to copy the powers of others by sampling their blood. As was the case with Dex-Starr licking some of Rankorr's in order to learn how to make rage constructs, an ability thought to be unavailable to red lanterns due to their animistic mindset.

    Rage Suppression: A red Lantern can learn to cloak their true appearance with a potent enough illusion to better pass off as another person, if their mind is focused enough to accomplish the task and maintain control over they're emotions in order to maintain it.

  • Orange Energy Conduit: The rings use Avarice energy, supplied by a Power Battery which in most cases takes the form of Orange light. An Orange Power ring, possibly one of the most powerful weapons in the known universe, has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe, including electromagnetic energies such as gravity, radiation, heat, light, and powerful blasts of concussive force. The ring can also create fields of force formed from an unknown energy that was bound by the users' will. The limitations of such use are the skill, knowledge and imagination of the user. The Orange Ring is arguably the most powerful in sheer raw power alone, as it is at its most potent when wielded by one wielder; and that being Larfleeze. The charging capacity of the ring alone can reach up to 100,000 percent energy, which is considerably very high even for just one ring (or any other ring for that matter).

    Orange Energy Blasts: The ring can be used to fire blasts of orange energy or create weapons such as projectiles of them. The ring can project beams of force powered by the user's greed.

    Extremely High Energy Charge-Limit: An Orange Lantern Ring can charge a maximum of 100,000% energy level by charging from an Orange Power Battery, this gives it a energy level worlds beyond any other Lantern Corps Ring.

    Force-Field: The ring can create various force fields of various sizes and shapes to protect the wearer and others around him. With the cosmic scope of an Orange Lantern's abilities, it is only natural that the power ring is designed for operation in space. The ring creates a force-field around the wearer, protecting him/her/it from the hazards of the void including filtration of stellar radiation and microscopic particulate matter which would ordinarily be fatal should the space debris strike the ring wielder at high speeds. An atmosphere appropriate to the ring wielder's biology is created inside the force-field, body temperature is maintained and waste products are removed. Gravitational stresses which could cause injury are stabilized for the ring wielder. Theoretically, a ring wielder could use the ring as his/her/its sole source of life support.

The constructs are made out of orange energy, which is a tangible form of pure greed, and they exist only as long as an orange Lantern is fueling it with their desire of avarice. Items created by the rings are not indestructible and are only as powerful as the desire of the Orange Lantern creating them. The types of constructs usually reflects the ring wearer's personality.

    Energy Absorption: The Orange rings have the unique ability to absorb the constructs of other ring wielders. The power is so great that even constructs made by the likes of the Guardians of the Universe can be absorbed. It seems as though no form of energy is exempt from this ability as they also can absorb magic.

    Identity Usurpation: Identity theft acts as the sole "recruitment method" of the Orange Lantern Corps. If an Orange lantern consumes the body of another or ring of another lantern they in turn steal the identity.

    Energy Avatar: Agent Orange is capable of creating avatar Orange Lanterns of the beings he kills, literally stealing their identity postmortem. This avatar is an avarice-corrupted version of its former self, possessing no thought pattern besides the insatiable greed. In all other circumstances they act as individual but collective soldiers to Agent Orange, as they are an extension of his power.

    Security Protocol: The rings can be programmed. They are coded to the wearer to make them unusable if stolen.

  • Yellow Energy Conduit: The rings use yellow energy, supplied by a Power Battery, which in most cases takes the form of yellow light. Yellow Power rings, considered by some to be one of the most powerful weapons in the known universe, has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe, including electromagnetic energies such as gravity, radiation, heat, light, and powerful blasts of concussive force. It is also theorized that the ring also has a basis in other dimensional energies commonly called magic by users of such energies. The ring can also create fields of force formed from an unknown energy that was bound by the users' will. The limitations of such use are the skill, knowledge and imagination of the user.

An atmosphere appropriate to the ring wielder's biology is created inside the force-field, body temperature is maintained and waste products are removed. Gravitational stresses which could cause injury are stabilized for the ring wielder. Theoretically, a ring wielder could use the ring as his/her/its sole source of life support. The force-field seems to be created instantaneously, whether this is due to programming or an instinctive reaction from intensive training has not been established. It could be considered as a subroutine of the ring's automatic defensive system, but as of yet, this theory has not been proven.

The constructs are made out of yellow energy, which is a tangible form of pure fear, and they exist only as long as a Sinesteo Corpsman is fueling it with their mastery of fear. Items created by the rings are not indestructible and are only as powerful as the inspired fear of the Sinestro Corpsman creating them. The types of constructs usually reflects the ring wearer's personality.

    Inability to be Traced: As the most elusive light in the emotional spectrum, the Indigo Lanterns cannot be easily traced by any means. Scar comments on her difficulty in finding the Indigo Tribe during the opening phases of Blackest Night, and Saint Walker assures Hal Jordan that the Justice League will be incapable of tracking down the whereabouts of the New Guardians since Indigo-1 teleported them away from Earth.

    Limited Cellular Regeneration: They have a limited ability to to heal others during or after they feel great compassion. The compassion has to be genuine and the healing is only to the extent of the grief and minor aesthetics, major injuries have not been seen to be healed by any Indigo Lantern yet.     Discern Motivation: In effect with healing and restoring damaged or destroyed bodily tissue the ring has the effect of laying bare any and every horrific thing the individual they're restoring has done in their life.

    Exorcism: A power utilized by Jenny and Jason Allen, the twin son and daughter duo of Barry Allen and Jessica Cruz from a shattered future timeline. Using the light of compassion Indigo Tribesmen can expunge any possessing entity laying within another individual.

But while wearing one during the War of The Green Lanterns, Jon Stewart used his to produce constructs reminiscent to his days when he was a U.S Marine.   • Black Energy Conduit: The Black Lantern Rings are capable of wielding the black energy outside of the Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum.

    Black Energy Constructs: Black Lantern Rings can create constructs, but they are seldom created, except when the Black Lantern was used to wield such abilities or certain weapons. Arnold Wesker created a construct of Scarface upon his receiving a ring, and the Black Lanterns created from former Lanterns of other colors also can use them in this fashion.

    Flight: Black Lantern Rings can allow their users to fly.

    Reanimation: Upon latching onto a corpse, the Black Lantern ring will reanimate the body. The ring animating the person within downloads all the memories and superhuman abilities (if they had any) of their previous life, but not their souls. Instead, they are malevolent beings who seek to murder even those they considered friends.

    Regeneration: Black Lantern Rings will regenerate destroyed limbs to complete the appearance of the corpse. It is possible for the rings to fully regenerate the host to the point that they appear alive, but the rings usually settle for a decayed appearance to terrify the target.

    Emotional Reading: The Black Lantern rings are capable of scanning a being's current emotional state and where it falls onto the Emotional Spectrum. They then attack the beings and attempt to remove their hearts. When facing beings with warped mental states, or otherwise addled minds (such as Bizarro), the correlation between the emotion detected and the actual color that the Black Lanterns see is inverted. Once removed, the hearts are converted to energy. A single heart equals 0.01% of the power needed to fully charge the Black Lantern battery, and this is apparently shared throughout the rings of the entire Black Lantern Corps. When the power levels finally reached 100.00%, it enabled the Black Central Battery to teleport to Coast City and allow Nekron to move from his dimension into this plane of existence.

    Life Extinguishing: The Black Lantern rings are capable of taking hold of a person who had been killed and resurrected, putting them under their control, effectively killing them again. This was shown when a group of resurrected heroes, including Superman, Superboy, Ice and Kid Flash, were possessed by the rings when they latched on and were commanded to "Die". One of those affected, Superboy-Prime, is an interesting case while he has never technically died, Prime was still affected by it, though he was still in control.

    Emotional Spectrum Mimicry: Somehow, the Black Lantern rings can mimic the Emotional Spectrum of the other rings. This was shown when, upon taking a Black Lantern ring, Superboy-Prime attacked other Black Lanterns, lashing out with most of the spectrum, save Hope, which was used by Prime's girlfriend.

    Superhuman Body: User's physical abilities are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally physically superior over other beings in their universe because their capabilities are far beyond natural levels, making them immensely stronger, faster, and more durable than regular beings (in that verse) can achieve by seemingly any method of training.

    Superhuman Life Energy: The user possesses massive reserves of life energy, which also acts as a reliable power source that aids in their longevity, power, stamina, vitality, and healing capabilities, allowing them to withstand and survive even the most strenuous and life threatening circumstances.

    Superhuman Athleticism: The user is glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more acrobatic than other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; they are obviously superior in speed, explosiveness, power, quickness, and other various acrobatic abilities than regular beings (in that verse).

    Superhuman Agility: The user is glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more agile than other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; making them immensely more agile and able to combine their balance, bodily coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance better than regular beings (in that verse).

    Superhuman Balance: The user is glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more balanced than other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; making them immensely more balanced than any regular being (in that verse).They are able to achieve feats that utilize the facets of balance in unique ways, such as constantly moving without losing balance, hanging upside down and not getting dizzy, closing eyes and standing on a single finger, dodging objects with superior finesse, and being incapable of succumbing to vertigo, nausea, disorientation, and the effects of weightlessness.

    Superhuman Dexterity: Users are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more dexterous than other beings in their universe because their capabilities are far beyond the natural level; making them immensely better at controlling their limbs, muscles, and digits than regular beings (in that verse).

    Superhuman Flexibility: Users are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more flexible than other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; making them immensely more flexible than regular beings. They can bend and twist their body far beyond the natural limits of normal physiology, although still only from the joints. The user has extreme hypermobility, moving their body parts in ways that are normally impossible, and bend in ways they were not meant to.

    Superhuman Reflexes: Users have glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally superior reaction speeds over other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level, making them able to react faster than regular beings.

    Superhuman Durability: The user's body tissue, skin, muscles, bones, etc. are extremely resilient, allowing them to withstand harmful forces on the body such as crushing weights, impacts, pressures, changes in temperature, etc. Also, users usually possess drastically enhanced levels of strength and stamina, due to how durable their body has become, allowing them to resist tearing muscles and/or breaking their bones.

    Superhuman Endurance: Users are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more enduring than other beings in their verse because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural limits; making them able to work longer/survive without supplies, resources, energy, or other items for an immensely extended amounts of time, far longer than regular beings.

    Superhuman Stamina: User stamina is glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally greater than other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; making them immensely more enduring than regular beings.

    Superhuman Health: Users are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally more physically, mentally, socially, spiritually, emotionally, and sexually healthy than other beings of their universe. They lack and are nigh-immune to getting disorders, diseases, disabilities, etc. They also can take a high amount of damage before fainting or succumbing to the effects of ailments, as well as possessing a superhuman metabolic rate. Overall, the user's health is very incredible. The user is able to survive massive and even horrific injuries or damage, or almost any level of danger, conditions or circumstances. In some cases simply managing to cheat death even in seemingly inescapable and deadly situations.

    Superhuman Regeneration: The user can regenerate completely so long as they are not instantly killed by an attack. Because the cells and telomere lengths are constantly regenerating and rejuvenating, they do not age, recover any damaged body parts, and sustenance intake required is drastically reduced, to the point user is close to true immortality. Even complex parts such as damaged brain cells and nerves can be repaired, effectively keeping the mind intact and making decapitation more difficult as the user can simply reattach their heads to the neck, sealing the cut. User are practically immune to drugs, disease, and all harmful foreign substances, and will be forever in their optimal health and physical prime. They are immune, or at least highly resistant, to telepathic attacks, since the regenerative power restores brain cells to its unaltered state, blocking one's mind from any attacks or invasive attempts. For tumorous cells, the regeneration power may consider it as a form of disease, and repair it to the healthy and optimal state so it does not grow along with the regeneration. The user can rapidly regenerate. In other words, they recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stopping aging.The regeneration process also increases the speed of processes the body uses in the healing such as endorphin production to mitigate pain reducing the amount of time and severity the subject feels discomfort leading to an increased pain threshold. Other processes included are the production of adrenaline and the fight or flight response which are greatly extended by the increased recovery leading to increased physical performance as the subject gains elevated strength and energy while also able to push their bodies harder due to decreased sensation of pain.

    Superhuman Speed: Users are glaringly, obviously, and super/unnaturally faster over other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed far beyond the natural level, making them immensely faster than regular beings (in that verse). They can move from about 120 to somewhere or thousands or maybe even almost, as fast, or faster as/then the speed of light.

    Superhuman Mobility: Users possess glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally greater movement than other beings in their universe because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; they are obviously superior in control, efficiency, precision and traction over/with their movements, near-perfect balance at any speed, whether by walking, swimming, flying, climbing, sliding, jumping, etc, never slowing down or losing control while moving.

    Superhuman Strength: Users are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally stronger than their race because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level and superior to most supernatural beings in their verse; making them immensely stronger than normal members of their species (in that 'verse) can be achieved by any method of training. Depending on the users, they are capable of lifting from large tanks to large airplanes, and able to lift massive boulders and locomotives with ease. Their high-level immense strength enables them to easily overpower users with Peak Human Strength and Enhanced Strength. Users are capable of tearing the strongest metals like a piece of paper with their bare hands. Offensively, depending on the users' strength, they are able to send opponents flying several miles away.

    Magic Aura: The user can surround themselves in matter and/or energy of any type of magic. The aura also possesses immensely strong magical properties that could work to user's advantage depending on the type of magic they wield, allowing them to gain strength from the respective element of the aura. Coincidentally, depending on what type of magic the user has, their magical aura can take the appearance of their power.

    Magical Energy Absorption: The user can absorb magical energy into their body and use it to fuel either their own magic or some other enhancement. This can render the user functionally immune to magic if they're capable of absorbing incoming magical effects, otherwise they may only be capable of preventing other magic users and objects from producing magical effects by robbing them of their power source.

    Magical Energy Generation: The user can generate magical energy.

    Energy Generation: The user can generate different kinds of energies of their choosing, making it an offensive weapon in time of need. Advanced users may be able to generate different kinds of energy at the same time or evolve it to ultimate levels.

    Energy Empowerment: User becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they come into contact with energy, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing their existing powers. Some users may be able to draw sustenance from the energy or even slow or stop aging.

    Energy Aura: The user can release and surround themselves in/with energy for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly becoming almost untouchable and granting them various abilities/attacks depending of the energy. The auras may also give the user enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and durability.

    Energy Augmentation: The user can enhance, augment, increase and multiply energy or powers related to energy.

    Energy Amplification: The user is able to amplify/concentrate the energy they possess, increasing the quantity/amplifying its destructive power.

    Energy Infusion: The user can infuse objects (usually a weapon), beings or powers with energy, empowering and energizing them and allowing the user to manipulate their qualities and efficiency. Depending on the type of energy that the object is infused, it can possess a variety of abilities and be very effective in both offensive and defensive combat.

    Energy Projection: User is capable of Energy Projection, which is the ability to generate and project varying waves of energy from the body. Such energy can take the form of concentrated blasts, concussive explosions, waves of force or self-perpetuating beams. These beams can come from anywhere and be used or directed in a large number of ways depending on the character whether it's defensive or offensive.

    Energy Attacks: The user can release/use energy to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc., from huge rays of pure energy that can knock over or even obliterate dozens of targets, or slightly singe them. Examples include but are not limited to: Energy Spheres, Beams, Bolts, Blasts, Waves, Shockwaves, and Bombs. Can also project attacks from weapons like swords, axes, staves, etc. Can also fire off large energy blasts such as Wave Motion Blasts.

    Force Field Generation: Users can create a shield, wall, barrier, dome, or a field formed from energy, elements, the environment, or by manipulating smaller items to form a greater whole. The shields typically take on a dome/spherical or flat shape centered on or around the user. Some users can generate a thin force-field around their body. Force-Fields are capable of blocking/nullifying attacks (including physical attacks) or even reflecting them. Force-Fields are also used as containment to imprison others.

    Teleportation: The user can teleport, or transfer matter (beings/objects, including themselves) or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them. This can be achieved by various means, including causing the atoms/molecules to travel at light-speed, warping the space, or use quantum superposition, in which the user teleports by spatially rearranging the subatomic contents of a system. While teleportation may seem like it is simply for travel, it can be a valuable ability as it can be used offensively (and quite powerful, as a spatial attack) while offering superiority regarding movement speed and distance coverage. A skilled strategist/tactician can use it for many innovative manners.

    Omnidirectional Magical Energy Blast: User can release energy in every direction at once. This ability allows the user to attack many foes at once and possibly destroy large area like villages.
