I love Conan, and would love to give him the win...but, how can he contend with Guts' crazy feats?...he cant.

@feebadger:I have wanted to join the Fan-Fic portion of Comic Vine for a few months now, but am unsure as how to begin; my style is not based on any of our favorite heroes or villains, or even inspired from any comic books. I, mostly, like to write crime fiction and murder/mystery; I also have begun, in the last 3 years, to use Norse/Celtic/Germanic Mythologies to inspire a fantasy series, and its world, I am attempting to create. I have an ample amount of short stories, ranging from a serial killer and the detectives tracking him to a group of vagabond Vikings witnessing the beginnings of a civil war, and would love to share them with interested readers. Those whom have read my work really enjoyed it; or, at least, lied very convincingly to my face. haha

If there is any room for me and my style of scribbling…I would love to be a part of this, and help in the expansion of an amazing way to showcase one’s work.

Spiderman wouldn't be able to kill the Demon, as it appeared to survive from any amount damage done to it. But, Petey would be able to incapacitate the Demon long enough for its hunting time to pass and goes back into hibernation for the next 23 years or whatever it was.

I would ask him about his service during World War I, and how his experiences influenced his work.

IMO, if he/she is reading the articles and not just going through the act of self-gratification...then no, its not a waste.

@McLovin123 The time you spend worrying about your father's perception towards comics, is more of a waste than the money you spend on the hobby that makes you happy.

Reading is never a waste, regardless of the medium.

I am a stout athiest, and have been since i was 14; but, I will always applaud someone whom can stand for what they believe in and be proud. If finding faith in any one diety (or many) helps an individual find themself and become a better person; only an angry, small minded wretch would feel they have the right to ridicule such beliefs.

However, i can never back the people whom pose as religious/moral authorities, gain the trust of their community, and then syphon those people for money so the 'religious leader' can have a shiny new car, while the surrounding populace are living in shambles.

It'll probalby end up just like Smeagol and his brother.
