There's a difference between scans and full page scans, though. Full page scans can be viewed as copyright infringement and sites have been shut down for it before. That is something that nobody would like to see happen here.

He has hundreds of alternate accounts (the majority of which he has also been banned from). It's more than likely that you've seen him in the forums. If you go to any thread involving a Buffy character it's nearly guaranteed that he is there.
