Ways and Ideas to improve Comicvine

I though we needed a thread where Viners can post their ideas on what would they like to see or be changed on the Vine, where you can post your ideas, whether we are talking about forum section or the wiki editing, or simply new ideas of improving the fun part of the vine.
 
Example:
I would appreciate it if the staff would bring back the content list kinda like the one wikia uses, when one wants to read a certain section about a character he would just go the that section by pressing the title on the content list.
Maybe the staff could make a concept system like giant bomb has, this way we could create concepts and link them to the character, we can use this option to link characters together, let's say we could use this to make a concept about Assassins in comics (example).

We're missing my favourite recommendations:   
 

• ALIAS search functions available for Creators, Locations, Objects, Teams, etc. 
• Appearance definition drop down boxes that let you know whether a character's appearance is just a crappy silent background cameo.  
• Cover definition drop down boxes that let you know whether a cover is a 1:50, 1:25, 1:10 variant, reprint, etc. 
• Being able to retrive images from other users' galleries to link them into the various character, team, etc galleries. 
• a sub-gallery search that lets you filter your own image gallery in the same way you can search sub-galleries from the Wiki pages.

i would like an option to switch between my accounts on the fly without having to resign in everytime. By just have an option to pair and tie accounts together could work fine.

I think there should be something in  Comic By Cover that isolates exactly what issues the characters appeared in.Believe it or not some characters may not appear in their own comic for certain issues.Daredevil for example was M.I.A for an issue because he was "dead".Human Torch was the focal of the issue.

I think CV should bring back the ability to see all the threads made by a single user by going to their page and clicking on "Forums" I haven't been able to find alot of the threads i've made unless my name are in them.

Minor; but is there a way I can see who's following me? If not...then that would be cool.

Another thing that would prove useful would be if the staff added the location, concepts and objects under the characters and teams to the respective publishers profiles pages.

SUGGESTION 1:  Why is there not a basic HELP index?  Preferably searchable.  Every time I run into a problem, I have to go the forums, search the forums, dig thru posts, and then I usually STILL end up asking, cause the forum search function is wonky.  Not that I'm anti-social, but it would be nice to just find the answer while I'm doing something, rather than posting and waiting.
 
SUGGESTION2:  I understand you can tag or cross galleries with things that have their own galleries (character, team, creator, etc.).  It would be nice if we could do it with a user gallery, or from a comic cover gallery.  Like I'd like to add an image from User X's gallery to my own gallery.   Or a particular cover from an issue -- which appears to have it's own gallery, but we can't get that gallery to show up in the search box right now.  Nor can we get user galleries show up in the search box, so we can 'tag' their pictures elsewhere.  This would cut back on the same image being uploaded repeatedly.

This is just an idea I've had for a while. Might not be worth putting into action, but I though I'd share it all the same. 
Often, when talking to another user whom I recognize but don't really remember, I think it would be good if I could maybe pull up a list of threads in which both of us have posted. I can't be the only one who's gotten that "I recall not liking this guy very much, but I can't remember why" feeling. If there was a way to look up all the interactions I've had with another user in the past, that would be pretty cool.    

And to supplement the thread that Vance Astro has already made, I really wish I could still have a list of threads that I have started.

Why can't we add users to lists anymore? remember that?

I actually had this list laying around already.

•  Volumes

• Add Volume designation as collected edition/hardcover/trade paperback.

• Add Volume reviews function.

• Advanced Search

• Add an Appearances search function that could locate overlapping appearances from multiple characters. Example: Search for volumes that contain both Batman and Superman.

• Appearances

• Allow for sorting by release date (latest appearance).

• Allow for sorting by character's significance in issue.

• Franchises

• Add a Franchise feature like on Anime Vice. Incorporate Volumes, Teams, and Characters under the heading of Franchises.
