Kincart's Vertigo
If I could I would take the majority of DC's dark characters and put them in a new Vertigo universe. I wouldn't just use former Vertigo characters. I would use supernatural, alien, vigilantes, and very few superheroes. I would also like to use some unexpected characters who could really use the freedom of Vertigo to become great. So here is some of the people, places, and things I would use to relaunch Vertigo.
