Velocity is a teenage super-speedster and a member of the cybernetic super-team CyberForce. She is a redhead with snow-white skin and a black bolt-shaped tattoo around her right eye. Fellow CyberForce member Ballistic is her older sister.
Cyblade is a member of Cyberforce. She is a meta-human who possesses the ability to create and manipulate electromagnetic energy. The energy manifests itself through her fingertips where it can then be used to perform functions limited only to Cyblade's imagination.
Ripclaw is a Native American meta human with cybernetic enhancements. He is an expert in hand to hand combat and possesses a superhuman healing factor and the ability to commune with the spirit world. He was recruited into Cyberdata and surgically altered and brainwashed into a SHOC trooper.
Wolf is an Ultra Sapien, a superhuman in the Hunter-Killer universe. He can form blades of energy on his arms and turn invisible. He is very skilled in the art of assassination.
Ellis is an Ultra Sapien with the ability to copy the powers of other Ultra Sapiens near him. The Hunter-Killers use him to track down renegade Ultra Sapiens.
Samantha is an Ultra Sapien with uncontrollable energy powers. She is the leader of the Hunter-Killers field squad.
Morningstar is the head of the Hunter-Killers and an Ultra Sapien himself. He controls much of the world and is in a constant battle to save it from itself.
Ballistic is a member of Cyber Force and the former field commander of S.H.O.C. She possesses superhuman athletic ability, hand-to-eye coordination, a bionic arm & eye on the right side of her body provided by Cyberdata to repair a crippling injury inflicted by her boyfriend Tony Castellano. She is the older sister to fellow Cyber Force member, Velocity.
Cloaker is a telepath that creates illusions for the Hunter-Killer field team. His skills are necessary to cover up Hunter-Killer activities and make sure the armed soldiers aren't noticed by people.
Member of Hunter-Killers with reality warping powers.
Network is walking processing power.
An ex-Navy Seal who became a member of Cyberdata, but was eventually freed and became the leader of Cyberforce.
Damper mostly sits in the Hunter-Killer base and makes it safe from powers.
Stryker was a member of Cyberforce and the leader of the mercenary team Strykeforce.
An ultra-sapien with electricity powers.
Renegade scientist from Cyberdata who releases operatives from mind control.
Fire-wielding bounty hunter sent to track down Ellis.
Chip is a mutant with super-intelligence. He creates most of the technology used by Cyberforce.
Impact is the metal skinned, wise-cracking, giant of Cyberforce. He later sacrificed himself to help the team escape a doomed alien ship.
The 42nd President of the United States of America. He has appeared in numerous comics across many different companies. He even spoke at Superman's funeral in the story arc Funeral for a Friend.
