    With Karolina meeting Xavin, a super skrull who happens to be her fiance in a deal negotiated by Karolina's parents years ago, Karolina leaves with Xavin in hopes of stopping the war between their two planets. Back on earth Cloak tracks down the Runaways for their assistance. It seems Cloak was framed for a crime he didn't commit and asks the Runaways to come to New York and help clear his name. Guest starring the Avengers.

    Issues #7-12 - This volume starts with the Runaways quickly overcoming a villain by the name of Swarm. Not long after a spaceship lands and a person by the name of Xavin claims to be Karolinas fiance. We learn the arrangement was setup by Karolina's parents years ago. Xavin is a super skrull and Karolina ends up leaving with him in hopes of ending the war their two home planets are currently having. Back at the Hostel, Cloak teleports to ask the Runaways for their helping in clearing his name as...
