Strongest Base Characters in Naruto

This list all about "base versions of the characters". There is no enchancements, power ups, senjutsu, high dojutsu, hashirama cells, rikudo chakra, bijuu chakra.

Nagato has Madara's rinnegans its not his own power so ım not gonna count him, and Obito has hashirama cells ım not gonna count him either. Cuz he is already has uchiha genes. Danzo has uchiha eyes and hashirama cells he is not gonna be get into it too. No Sages, No MS or EMS users no bijuus, no Gates.

  • He aint enough feats but he has unique abilities due to his soul base abilities and soul transfer.

    Kakuzu stated Dan as Gold General of their Edo army after Kinkaku . That makes him the most capable edo shinobi along with Kinkaku & Kakuzu in that battle.

    No body able to restrain Dan with regular jutsus or seals.. He was the only Edo Shinobi who restrain with a special barrier until Kabuto canceled out Edo tensei due to Itachi's Izanami.

    So this is hell of an reputation. Plus he is early ( begining of shippuden) databook score is good too . He has yin & yan releases adn 3 element.

    He looks like a extraordinary shinobi with unique skills. After all he was confident enough to wants Hokage title for himself .

    So ı think at least he would be there

    I know he aint has enough feats but he has inheritance of both Hiruzen and Naruto and this is a deadly combo. He knows rasengan, he is jonin leader in young age (like gai, kurenai, asuma and kakashi). And due to Boruto Anime he has toad summons. He might even has Monkey King Enma too. And we all know you need to be master at at least two elemental releases.

    So basic hiruzen jutsus (kage shuriken) basic naruto jutsus (rasengan, kage bunshin and harem) + Toads of Myobokuzan + at least 2 elemental releases. This kid beated a Naraka Path (one of the paths of Pain) single handidly while he was just a genin.

    We all know he is the last member of the chain off Hiruzen -> Jiraiya -> Minato -> Naruto -> Konohamaru. So he probably a pretty damn strong jonin level shinobi.

    And with all manga and anime feats and adding some possible outcomes for him in future..

    He'll probably at least around this spot (at least) in my opinion.
