@batkevin74 Well along time ago Carol was a superhero. And Doom is still a bad guy. A bad guy who's bankrolling her and Shield but a bad guy. If Dr. Doom didn't go "missing" I think she might have used the publics shaken faith in dear leader against him. The bigger picture that I'm trying to adress kinda (if I'm doing it right) is the country safer now?
I sense some serious self hate with Stryfe. He was cloned from a mutant, but I think anyone who can beat up on Scalphunter and get away with it I think he can have those kinds of issues. Carol was great in that brief cameo. (The eagle with the machineguns) I'm looking forward to seeing how you bring all these players to shine through. Great work. Something is going on with that Thrud.

Your settings really help the story along (that being the part most fic's fail at) and not one character is under used in the slightest. You handle all of them really well. I do think Holly should take her time getting used to talking. Yeah she'll be a chatter box for weeks, but with the way Rose lives I can see her falling back into sign language when things get bad around her. Becky is starting to become more and more important, seems to me you're building her into an Oracle type character. I don't think she'd be ok with that forever. I think next we should see some definate ware and tear on their relationship becuase of the Ravager. Because being utterly useless when Rose was turning, would has a bit of a damaging effect for both of them.
Anyways this is just my oppinion. This is your story, you do what you want, because you do it well. Keep up the great work!
Well you've got the city and tian doing who know what. Shield has proven to be useless against both. All the Nimrods. And the president can't be rash and make a bad call when all this happens?
Maybe if the establish Thanos in another movie I could buy him as the big bad in Avengers 2. I kinda feel it's a little early for him to show up. (Avengers 3 maybe?) I kinda like how they mixed elements from the regular Avengers with a little Ultimates here and there. They should stick with that.
I kind of take her going to Avengers Academy as forced as all hell do to the cancilation of her series. I think Laura would have told Black Widow no and the fact that she went alone with it seemed out of character to me. This brings me to ask a question if she was going to the Academy then what was the point in having her not go back to Utopia (bastard Cyclops aside) or Logan's school he's never at?
Don't mean to rant it's just non of her last two issues made no sense to me from what Marjorie Liu wrote previously.
