I'm most looking forward to the second issue of The Massive. I haven't read The Walking Dead for a while but I may pick up 100 just for the hell of it since it should be entertaining.
I haven't been able to get into my comic shop to continue reading his run on Batman lately. I'm really looking forward to it coming out in trades so I can read it sometime. I love what he's doing with it.
I think Green Arrow(or other ranged attackers like him) would be the easiest hero(es) to translate into a video game. You'd, basically, just have to make a shooter. Special Arrow attacks and a decent melee combat system. Maybe add a stealth element. With all the different arrows it could be like a sandbox type of approach to combat. The player gets to choose how to approach each battle. Could be cool.
I wish they'd do more comic book hero games. Wait, no I don't. They do quite a few and they usually suck. Arkham Asylum and City are the rare exceptions.
@The Mighty Monarch: Yeah, I think you're right. 701 and 702 clear things up enough. I was certainly glad to have read those issues. Final Crisis can be pretty damn confusing yet I think it's one hell of a ride. Essential, yeah, probably not.
@The Mighty Monarch: Great thanks a lot. I need to get The Black Glove, issues 7-16 of Batman and Robin, and The Return of Bruce Wayne and I'll be caught up. Also, you could probably add Final Crisis to that. Knowing what happens in that makes the end of Batman R.I.P. and the beginning of The Return much clearer.
I'm looking forward to. That description sounds so deliciously comic book-ey. I've enjoyed most of the series a lot. Everything except the last issue. The interior art was pretty cool but the story was a little weak I think. I'm pretty sure this one-shot will deliver.
@Mokey: Does his epic start with Batman and Son and then go to Black Glove? I'm trying to catch up on it all.
