Depends on how you define what a god is.

In mythological/theological terms, the Aesir and Vanir are not all gods, but they all belong to races of beings that are greater than normal a human and have the capacity to become gods, where they are personally worshiped by mankind as beings responsible for certain aspects of human life.

In comic terms, specifically Marvel, then not really because they are simply treated as advanced alien races whom were simply mistaken for gods.

He's not had a mask yet. That's kinda a huge deal right? Since he has one of the most recognized masks in comics period. What style do you think they should go for?

Not really since the outline of his head is the same whenever he wears it or not thanks to his weird hairdo.

Thanos has the facial features of a whale, and the chin size. He's an ugly cuss, but there are worse things in Marvel... like Deadpool and Dr. Doom.

Darkseid however... he has the face of a granite block that got bored with the ill-talented sculptor trying to make a face in it and wandered off before he was done. As a result, he cracks mirrors when he looks at them, and the first time it cracked his own face as well, making it even worse. I mean, just look at him:

Ezekiel basically said it extends to all people who're inspired by an animal motif, the degree of purity was the only difference. Peter was (for some reason) a pure totem. IIRC he said even people like Scorpion and Doc Ock had echoes of totematic power.

Even if it is the case, that really sounds like a writer is trying to justify w/e it was he or she is writing.

Editor: "So why is Spiderman a target for this guy?"

Writer: "He's named after an animal!" (Goes off to quickly write a more detailed version.)

Morlun did go after Black Panther and was naggings on about the Panther totems. I think it's just people who are inspired by animals or something.

I think if Morlun touches her she's a goner, but then again she could just fly outside and create some space and blast him until she eventually beats him.

Well Black Panther is after all the chosen of the Panther God. So Morlun having tricks against him isn't surprising, it's more people like Ant-Man or Wolverine that I think the logic is reaching with.

I am bit conflicted with this one, because Morlun seems to have one of those vaguely-defined powers that just lets him shrug off whatever is thrown at him, because thats his power.

But, from what little I've seen; he is pretty much immune to physical attacks, very fast and very strong. Against that is a very powerful empath and magician. I'm more inclined to let the empath take this. (I assume this is normal Raven)

Regarding the totem thing... I think that's something exclusive to the Spiders because they've had this whole mystical angle to them for a very long time (I imagine it was added with likes the Madam Web and such). Raven on the other hand... well you could techincally call her a totem or avatar, but of Trigon instead of an animal. Raven is after all just her given name and the shape of her soul-self is somehow a reflection of her personality, like when Jericho manifested a soul-self of his own in was in the shape of a lion.

No, because then everything is going to be about her writing Wonder Woman which is going to leave her immune to criticism of her actual work... which isn't as good as people say as far as I am concerned.

Well he's been doing good a good job on ballers with occasional arrogance/condescending attitude, talking to adults like they're children. He's also charismatic, though it's been in a different way.

While I am totally blank on whats going on in Ballers (other than it's a thing Johnson seems really pleased about), I doubt the attitude and presence he has there is the kind Adam has; which is much like being trapped in a room with a gorilla, you never know where that one thing you do is going to set it off and has it charge across the room and rip your arms off. Charisma might have been the wrong word :S
