No i get what u mean, legion is very impressive indeed but i still favor DP on the battle simply because, phoenix force that we are talking about and not the avatar itself, has way more potential then given credit for. But then again Legion has an awesome reality warping powers, and if that will affect DP or not is still debatable. Because if it was the phoenix force, the actual total phoenix force, its only second to LT making it significantly more powerful then Legion. Dp doesnt have the full powers of phoenix force like WPOTC but what powers DP lacks has never really been stated. Mostly i suppose, for it , it comes down to personal preference but like i admitted most ppl are going to vote for Legion, and rightfully so.

I think you misunderstood what i mentioned, the current white phoenix and not the dark one, was once stated to be second only to LT, but how true it is , at least in terms of battle, is still to be tested. but then i understand what u mean, i personally would easily put beings like death, eternity above WPOTC myself.

Edifice Rex, Sise-Neg, Proteus, Marquis of Death, OAA, Pre-Retcon Beyonder, Pre-Retcon Molecule Man, Thanos with IG -- hell, even Doom with enough prep.

James Jaspers has a mutated brain due to cancer or some shit. He doesn't have the x-gene and is therefore not a "mutant." He is a dude with a powerful mutated brain, but that does not qualify him as a "mutant."

If that's what you want to believe, go for it. Even as recently as Astonishing X-Men: Exogenesis, every version of Jaspers is being referred to as a mutant. So that's what's up, I guess.

Not only is it what I want to believe, but it's how he was written. No x-gene equals not a mutant.

How come nobody ever mentions Alpha the Ultimate Mutant? He's not "officially" omega, but he alone could probably put up a good fight against Galactus.

Rouge isn't class 50 anymore and she should never have been able to go toe to toe with Gladiator because he's far beyond class 50.

I agree 100% with you there about Gladiator. If she's easily able to flip sentinels, who have got to be approaching 100 tons, then she's got some serious strength, though.

Well, couldn't Rouge pull a tree out of the ground and beat Wolvy with it? She's got to be a 50 tonner. She stood toe to toe with Gladiator a few times and even socked him up a little.

True, but her absorbing powers could knock Wolvy out if she could get close enough and if she held on long enough could even leave him powerless and vulnerable forever.

The only way Spider-Man wins is by drowning the Thing or by covering his face with some special web so he suffocates. There's no way he can hurt him physically by force and his webbing won't be enough to contain Thing. Thing beat Black Bolt and fought Hulk briefly. I don't like Thing and think he's a shitty character, but he beats Spider-Man, and so does Colossus.
