I'm playing Arkham Origins right now and it's not bad. It plays just like the other Arkham games except the top buttons have changed. I do wish the Joker was not around. This was a perfect opportunity for another Batman villian to get the spotlight.
Since this series started calling itself "Miles Morales: The Ultimate Spider-Man" things haven't been too good. Not too bad either but the first arc just felt a bit too dragged. After that the last two issues were about Miles dad which although was a nice little story it only dragged this even more, but it seems we're finally back to the good stuff. This issue was fun (I was actually laughing while reading his conversation with Cloak and Dagger -and, as always, the little moment with Ganke was also hilarious even though it was short), and set things up for what seems an exciting new arc. Let's hope, now that Bendis doesn't have the time, he wraps things up a bit for May.
I'm still sad this is ending and he's going to 616 BTW. That's just wrong. He has a life in the Ultimate Universe, one with an awesome cast IMO. It's sad to see all that go.
Also does anyone still give a fuck about who the spider-twins are?
Miles meets Katie's dad. Dad offers him a glass of water. Dad tells Miles he knows he is Spiderman. Dad implies that Katie didn't "give him up". Miles faints from the obviously drugged glass of water.
