Suicide Squad, a film about super-villains trying to clear their name by going on incredibly dangerous missions for the government, is slated to come out in 2016. Aside from casting news here and there, not too much is known about the film.

Actress Margot Robbie has revealed, in an interview with azcentral, that will we most likely seeing a lot more of Harley Quinn in the near future. In fact, for the next decade. Robbie explained that she's very excited to play the character in the upcoming 2016 film. In addition, it seems like we'll be seeing Harley Quinn for the next decade.

You don't need to have commitment issues to be frightened by the fact that you might have just signed 10 years of your life away. … But with her, it's a character I don't think would ever get boring. Ever. So if they did "Suicide Squad One," "Two" and "Three," I would be over the moon about it.

The cast of the Suicide Squad features Jared Leto as the Joker, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, and Cara Delevinge as Enchantress. Suicide Squad opens up in 2016.

Yeah Tom Hardy left a while ago, and Flagg has yet to be replaced. Also anyone who has seen her is over the moon that's she's Harley. Go search YouTube for her scenes from Wolf of Wall Street, she's doing an accent that is already basically Harley's.

I think she's a pretty good pick, and she did a very Harley-esque accent in The Wolf of Wall Street.

Joker has never had anything to do with suicide squad, and while I love the suicide squad most non comic readers wont know who they are or take a chance to watch them.

Maybe that's why they have Joker -- a way to help lure in more casual viewers? ;) Also, I'd say Assault on Arkham shows you can mesh Joker into a SS story well enough. Here's hoping they do and it isn't forced.

Anybody see the interview where she was saying her and Will Smith don't have any clue about the relationship between DS and Harley or much idea of the script? Yet they start filming in April...

Will Smith tried to cover it saying David Ayers has his ways and means of doing things and gives individual bits out, but it sounded like he was covering it, and given that quite a few talented actors are passing on it... it has me more than a little worried.

I'm sure WB is planning everything with a series in mind. Harley wouldn't be a character that goes one and done in terms of appearances so this was pretty obvious.

Hardy's schedule problems is bull in my opinion, whenever they say that it's almost always a lie, they have these things planned out way in advance. The fact they are going for such big names suggest Flagg is going to be a major character.
