@reikai: Well that helps, thanks. I understood that he had some 90's material, but my point was that SS has guns and Perry doesn't because of the modern tv expectations. I always loved watching Tom and Jerry play with deadly objects.
So for the fight, bloodlusted Perry would be scary. I'm sure bloodlusted SS would be as well. I think from what I've seen of SS so far he has the deadlier arsenal more suited for killing because Perry will at most capture Dr. D. Since SS has firearms it would be easier to kill Perry. Perry has dodged lasers and such before, however. So would SS be able to take out Agent P at long range, or would Perry be able to get in close enough?
I think Perry would probably try to subdue at first because that's what he's used to doing. My guess is that SS would do the same thing. The question is, who would capture the other first, and would the captured be able to escape? Both seem to be master escape artists, I mean Perry spends half his air-time captured. He does escape a lot thanks to a flaw in Dr. D's trap or circumstances though, but there are times where he escapes through his own skill.
The next thing would be hand to hand and other close range. I can't tell who would win, it would depend on how often SS uses his skills. Perry uses them all the time. Perry also uses items around him in fights all the time, like the Jackie Chan of Phineas and Ferb. He also uses his surroundings a lot as traps.
As for outwitting each other, SS probably takes the advantage because Perry is used to outwitting Dr D who obviously does not have a lot of common sense. Perry has been shown to be captured by smarter villains to the point of not being able to escape without assistance.
I will watch a couple episodes of Secret Squirrel and come back with more knowledge.
