Lure of the Dark Side
This is a list of Jedi who at some point have turned to the Dark Side or come dangerously close.
I have missed some and I may come back to this list later to complete it.

Probably the most famous example of a Jedi becoming a Sith. Vader managed to redeem himself at the end of his life by killing Palpatine, his Sith master.

Another famous example, Dooku was once an apprentice of Yoda before he succumbed to the Dark Side.

Jacen was the son of two of the galaxies greatest heroes. Instead of following in their footsteps he became a Sith and killed thousands.

Aayla was briefly corrupted to the Dark Side by the Dark Jedi Volfe Karkko.

Aurra Sing was being trained by the Dark Woman when she was captured by pirates. The pirates turned her against the Jedi and she became a bounty hunter using her force abilities to take down her prey.

Bastila Shan was corrupted by Malak, the Dark Lord of the Sith. She was soon redeemed by Revan who's love for her was strong.

Cade Skywalker was briefly convinced to join Darth Krayt's One Sith but became a Light Side user once again.

Krayt was once a Jedi name A'Sharad Hett, he became a Sith after trying to learn new Force techniques from Sith holocrons.

Kazdan Paratus's mental instability caused him to become a Dark Jedi after the Jedi Purge.

Though Luke was one of the greatest Jedi in Star Wars history, he was once corrupted by Palpatine after his resurrection. Luke redeemed himself with the aid of Leia.

Maris was trained by the Jedi Master Shaak Ti on Felucia. However, when Shaak Ti was killed the natural Dark Side energies of Felucia overwhelmed Maris, turning her to the Dark Side.

Vos was temporarily corrupted by Dooku during the Clone Wars. Later, after he rejoined the Jedi, he used lightsaber moves commonly attributed to the Dark Side while sparring with Mace Windu.

During Revan's campaign against the Mandalorians he came dangerously close to Dark Side ruthlessness. Later, he confronted the Sith Emperor who crushed Revan's will making him a servant of the Dark Side. When Revan's memory was erased by jedi he returned to the Light even after regaining his memories once more.

Like his master Revan, Malak's will was crushed by the Sith Emperor. Unlike Revan, Malak was unable to be redeemed and was slain while still a servant of the Sith.
