Dial “V” For Villain
In the 1980’s DC Comics introduced the concept of fan based created super powered characters into the series Dial “H” For Hero. Although a short lived success the series was boon for the comics fans who got to interact directly with publication of their one shot ideas. This list consists of toons created by fans but of the sinister side as villains.
