General Ching

The Exiles are a group of former military officers from various countries, wanted for war-crimes during World War II. They grouped together following the War to pursue common interests in world-conquering schemes and mercenary work.  They resurfaced in the 1960s as allies of Red Skull and quickly became his subordinates.  
 
General Ching is Chinese. While the rest of exiles use exotic weaponry, Ching trusts in his regular handgun in combat. He was the only Exile to question Red Skull's de facto leadership, finding the Skull's ambitions in conflict with his own. Finding no support, Ching had to shut up. He later attempted to shoot Captain America at the back but was prevented by the Skull.  

Creation

General Ching was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1968 and first appeared in Captain America # 103.
