A band of grim people.
It all started with the two, Trip and Eddie. They are ok friends, have a few drinks when there is free time, talk about life, hunt the supernatural together. It started simple, more of a hobby then a quest. When suddenly there was a spike of supernatural activity all over the united states, of course the public didn't notice, but to Ed's trained eyes he could see that something big was going down. Demons, vampires, ghosts and all other kinds of things from hell and limbo were showing up, killing and taking up space that is for the living. It was clear what they had to do, they had to prioritize. Eddie and Trip gave some slight changed to Trip's garage he owned in Salem. Indeed it was still an auto repair garage (a monster killing team still needs money), but it was the headquarters of their operation in which they didn't even have a name yet. The duo went out every night to kick undead ass, of course they are still new and even more so outnumbered, it was clear pretty fast they needed more people. I detective named Nick caught onto the supernatural craze pretty fast to, hearing rumors of Ed and Trip hunting anything supernatural in Salem. He admired their spirit, enough for him to join their cause, knowing he would be a helpful asset. So then there was three, a small operation at the time but they had hope, and an intense lust to hit things. Trip and Eddie shortly after getting Nick on board decided to roll with the title "Grimm squad". Why? Because it sounds cool they said.
"Triple's mechanical"
The garage owned by Trip Mayhews, and the headquarters of the Grimm squad. On the outside it looks like a pretty sleazy repair shop, but inside it is actually a pretty impressive little shop. Trip may be lazy, but he cares about that garage. This gives the team a few very handy advantages:
- A source of income (Trip says gets some of the biggest business in Salem, although most of the income goes to their cause, leaving them in a state of being broke at times)
- Weapons, everywhere (Every single tool in that shop is a semi-handy tool for killing the supernatural)
- A place to stay (Both the attic and the basement have been fashioned to be a living space, it isn't much, but it is home)
- The tools to make the tools (Wood cutters, saws, milling machines, all effective ways to make a good stake)
Trip's baby.
This is possibly the longest relationship Trip has ever had, with anything. It is the misery machine, a sturdy slam van rebuilt to be a street tank. It has a suped up engine, super charged and has the best gear in it that money could buy, it is a pristine example of performance. The outer layer of the van is covered in three inches of titanium, four inches of steel and finally the entire frame is reinforced with cast iron. The sides and back have been fitted with gun slots stolen from a bank truck. The windows of the front have a pulling mechanism that pulls a sheet of iron over the window for protection from whatever want to rip you out of the front seat. Inside are also tons of clips and clamps and chains to hold the equipment for the team (as well as a few prisoners). On the outside are tons of hi-beam headers that would light up the road for a good few miles. Inside the van are welded metal crosses, to pretty much stun the sh!t out of any vampire that decided to hop in.
Our Glorious Leader
Name: Edward Thorne
Alias(es): N/A
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 151
Alignment: Neutral Good
Powers: None
Skills/Abilities: Adeptly skilled hacker, Occult/Supernatural expert, Exorcist, Skilled thief
Small bio: Eddie's life is weird. Like, occult horror fiction weird. His dad's a grumpy reaper with a penchant for firearms and outdated accents, and for the longest time.. he wasn't in Ed's life. One day, though, he showed up at Eddie's doorstep. This is where his life turned on its head. Mike had left his life as a disgraced detective, and came back a skeletal reaper. However, unlike most people, Eddie reacted with "that's f**king awesome!" (much to his dad's surprise). His dad made him an offer. They'd work together again, father and son, except this time they'd be hunting down monsters. That operation eventually ran its course, but they still work together from time to time.
The Thickheaded Mechanic
Name: Trip Mayhews
Alias(es): Trip.
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Height: 69 inches
Weight: 160lbs

Powers: None whatsoever.
Skills/Abilities: Master mechanic, goon brawling, lock picking, car jacking, hot wiring, engineering, decent with blunt objects, bastard tough, quick on his feet, escapist, safe cracking, bomb making, trap making.
Small bio: Trip is a goon, a bastard and a scumbag, but he is indeed an earner. Kicked out of his house when he was only fourteen, he adapted the know how to survive the way he wanted to, roughly. Having his father's mechanic talents as a genetic trait, he made good money by doing a few odd jobs on wrecked cars, even making a connection to a few small timer crime enforcers. With his connections he gained a rather dastardly set of criminal skills and a criminal record to go with it. Now Trip owns a small time automotive shop in Salem, doing anything he can to survive and no caring who (or what) he pisses off on the way.

Using a random spell from one of his father's journals, he reanimated Tony. Though at first Tony was a bit shocked, he eventually managed to give Nick the information he needed to lock his killers in prison. Now Nick wanders the world with Tony as a private detective, mostly dabbling in the paranormal.
