@The Dark Huntress: It all depends on the focus I can bring up, most of my powers are derived from magic. And given the constant distraction of feeling what everybody in my vincinity feels I'm usually not able to concentrate very well. lol My biggest weakness is my damn own body. My ranks in the physical attirbutes rank between 1 and 2 with a 1 for fighting ability.

@Obi Wan Kenobi!: I know he will most likely have a military background, and be in his late 20's.
Not sure if I want his optic blasts to be pure concussive force, or heat ray vision. Or if I want it to be uncontrollable.
Think I'm going to stick with just the energy shield this time and no metal one.

You could still pull off the Jedi vibe. Just using telekinesis in creative ways mostly.

@Obi Wan Kenobi!: Telekinesis could work well for describing most force powers.
Run faster? use your telekinetic powers to help push/move you along.
Extra bit of damage on those attacks? Telekinesis to help grant you higher strength.
Use it to jump farther, land softer. Throw objects around with your mind.
Even 'choke' someone from a distance.
