The Lockharts are a very powerful family, and the reason for that is because they are very brilliant people. When forming the Champions of Peace they planned for everything that they could think of happening. There was even a few secrets that they kept from the whole team, and would wait to reveal them only when the time was needed. With them leaving the team along with Eclipse they put trusted members in their place of leadership. Being the closest to Cellphone Girl they decided that she would be the holder of their secret plans. The first one had been revealed during the destruction of Champion Island. She told the team and the citizens of the Island that this whole time there was a hidden base on the moon, which would soon be there new home.

Big Sister

Building Investigative Graphic Searching Internet System Transferring Exact Recognizance was what Andromeda wanted to call it. Thankfully her new partner in managing the computers and electronics Victoria Windsor however suggested using its acronym, Big Sister.

This room is a massive half dome layered with computers and holographic projectors. These projectors can change the size of its screen as needed. This allows a user to manage the computer as just that, or project large intricate images of locations and files. In the center of the room is a hologram emitting table. When wanted or needed this machine projects a miniaturized fully detailed model replica of the desired location. The images are almost always complete, not missing a single passage. Each tile of the floor can move automatically to present a chair as well. So that meetings can be held with ease within this room as needed.

Of course holograms and comfortable seating is not the central purpose of this large room. Each computer is a hybrid of technology acquired from the various geniuses and discoveries that have been presented to the Champions over the years. The computers are capable of hacking most firewalls not founded by other geniuses with ease. The files on each computer have formed a complex search engine that scavenged a long list of reliable sights and sources. Allowing them to present nearly everything one might ever want on the search. Using contracts with others and complex software the computers are also tapped into many of the satellites around earth. This allows for a constant overwatch so that hopefully the Champions can respond to a threat almost instantaneously.

Big sister was meant for more than just simple overwatch duties however and the site itself is a hive of rooms designed to house the team and their needs safely in it’s inhospitably environment. The main chamber is connected to three other domes via pressurized dual layer walk ways, one path above the surface for everyday use. But also one below as a backup safety route in case of failure of the main path.

Biosphere Domes

The domes being the hubs on the location each with a specific use

Dome one is dedicated to housing the teams (bedrooms, offices, mess hall and bathrooms) segregated rooms each with their own environmental controls in order to minimise multiple casualties in case of computer hub failure focused around a central eating/lounge area.

Dome two, the equipment and weapon storage/ access to external brig facility) Contains specialist equipment for rescues/ exploration and personal safety in a sealed room access only permitted to team leaders for safety and to trace movement of equipment easier.

Dome Three The work hub of the station containing the meeting room, Halberd and reflection room. Used primarily for operation’s briefing, observation and training.

Dome four Teleporter room and Vehicle access/docking station. The transport hub containing hover bikes, teleporter pad’s and an emergency life-raft vessel.

Halberd

Holographic Aggressive Level Building Enemy Replicating Den or Halberd for short. This room does exactly as the name implies using a complex computer system it projects a consistent holographic location. Being the length of a football field and almost equal height as its length this room can accurately replicate most locations and environments. And using a weather simulator and temperature controls can make the location unfathomably realistic. Its primary focus though is in generating intricate replicas of situations and enemies a Champion has encountered. Drom went so far as to build an A.I with a upgrading and updating simulation of an opponent. So that while it will never be exactly like the target it at least comes as close as possible.

Standing in the cold vacuum of the moon’s surface a light blue glow surrounded the prince of power.
“For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Edward Windsor. This is notice for you all to remember it will not be stated again. We at the COP’s have suffered time and time again for you and when the time came to help us, when the citizens of our Island where massacred our “allies” where not to be found. Yet when your countries and people are in harm’s way you call to us and we answer. We do it without asking for anything in return but now the time has come for us to re-home ourselves and we are taking what we need.
To those of you who had claims for the territories of the moon, your claims are no longer valid. The moon belongs to the Champions of peace. You may send envoys to reclaim your equipment from our surface, you have 6 months then it will destroyed.”
Reaching out and grabbing the infamous Apollo 11 flag the champion launches it into the moons orbit.
“We may no longer be on Earth but will are always watching. “

Why is the flag, the symbol of mankind's crowning glory and single greatest achievement; the one thing that every human on earth agrees was something we can all be proud of, considered INfamous? And why would anyone in their right mind piss on Neil Armstrong's grave with that kind of desecration? That's not something a hero does, that's something a cartoonish supervillain does to give NASA the middle finger.

Damn. COPs on some big brother type sh*t. Sound outright devilish. Also I think no one country could have claims on the moon. Public, or something.

I'm kinda mean, though, so I guess I'm all for it. Though I'll be keeping tabs for if I start deciding to do bad deeds in my spare time.

A specific treaty forbids any and all claiming of any territory in space by any body, governmental or corporate; not of this Earth. Same goes for Antarctica. Of course; anyone who really expects that treaty to hold when the need for more resources and space becomes really pressing is an idealistic idiot.

@Amaranth_Strix Needed a metaphor to show the no claim for the moon was still valid. it was the flag or the module that had to go. And the flag is still in space its not destroyed or anything.

@Lord_Johnathan:

One)The RPG section has nothing to do with real live people and their achievements

Two) Real life laws don't all carry over to the vine verse

Three) The whole purpose of a flag is to stamp a tag of "this is ours" on an area always has been

Four) If you don't like it don't be involved arguments solve nothing i am just stating facts here. In the future a PM with any issues you have would be preferred rather than an attempt of creating drama in the thread. I have nothing but respect for the scientists and astronauts of the space program, however the writing in this section isn't based in reality and connections between the two are made entirely buy the individual. And since i wrote it i can say it has 100% nothing to do with any of that, as far as Main U canon goes i don't remember it being stated who got to the moon first of planted a flag. The only ascpect from reality was that NASA got their first (which i put in canon by that post) anything else isn't canon since is unestablished.

I'm saying expecting humans to hold a peace of paper as binding when we really, really need some space and resources is optimistic to the point of being retarded. And in the end, we should damn well care more about ourselves than some damn penguins or moon bugs.

@EdwardWindsor :

You're still descerating the crowning glory of a man who's an idol to billions, that is not heroic; that is petty. You describing him as infamous (a wholly infamous term) means you're equating Neil Armstrong to bastards like Hitler and Cortes, casting Armstrong to be a villain is the same kind of wrong that rewriting Hitler to be the heroic savior of the Earth is. A proper hero would show him some respect and enshrine it, rather than more or less destroy it and effectively piss on the ashes of the deceased while simultaneously flipping the bird to every space program ever. It's not real life law, it's common sense.

@Lord_Johnathan: I was...I was being sarcastic. Those things actually did happen.
However, if we do wanna go that route, and I don't mean to sound like a hyper hippie or whatever the proper term is, but if we really wanted to say we gave a damn about ourselves, we shouldn't be pushing to the point where we need to destroy "some damn penguins or moon bugs" in the first place. Besides, it's not like that would last anyway. And there are a lot of implications that could be said for that kind of attitude, in more areas than just penguins and moon bugs.

I'm the person who rooted for the RDA in Avatar. F*ck the aliens, f*ck the environment, f*ck the Pandas (I don't think Pandas are a viable species anyway since they need so much prodding to have kids), humanity should always come first.

#18 Posted by CurbsideProphet (1906 posts) - - Show Bio
@Lord_Johnathan: I might understand that reference, but I haven't seen Avatar, so I'm going to lay along with what I do get. Eff aliens, I can agree there, considering there is, like, no chance that we'll ever actually encounter any. However, f*ck the environment, that's the kind of territory that makes me think "Hold up!" You do realize if the environment goes to shit, the whole world and every person and thing on it is going to die, right? Call me retarded, but I don't see how that's putting humanity first.
#19 Edited by EdwardWindsor (14428 posts) - - Show Bio

@Lord_Johnathan: let me make this crystal clear since you seem to miss the point. This has nothing to do with Real life, as far as the vine goes the moon landing has never been covered( as far as i know) till now, so the people who where involved in it haven't been set, Your assumption that the people involved will be the same as in reality is false. As for calling anybody infamous i did not state any person was infamous, i called the flag infamous. Which in hindsight could of been substituted for notorious because it also has more than one meaning infamous both can also mean publicly known not just bad which again was your assumption on how you read it or you not having the same vocabulary as me.

Long story short, everything your offended by is based on your assumptions on the post not how it was written. I am sorry if your offended i really am, however its based on you

@Tranquil: yep

Perhaps this can be the source of future RPs as they poke around and unleash a fleet of Space Nazis?

It'd be so silly it'd be AWESOME!

#23 Posted by CurbsideProphet (1906 posts) - - Show Bio
@Lord_Johnathan: Except that killing that rainforest, killing it at all, is still going to be putting us a step closer to damning people. Just in a way that's not as obvious to more people.

If you're wondering where the nU Space Nazis are, they run an empire of a hundred thousand worlds based around Tau Ceti.

They're not nice people. :P

Prime Space Nazis are more toned down, but they clone Jews so they can kill them. They're mustache twirlers like that.

wait did you guys just take over the ENTIRE moon? >_>

#39 Posted by Amaranth (8210 posts) - - Show Bio

Re-write history to make Armstrong out to be some kinda jerk, and the flag to be some kind of claim to the moon? Check.

Land grab an entire planetary body? Check.

Ignore all other claims to the moon? Check.

A threat that spawns arguments, drama, and pisses everyone off? Check.

Prime? Check ;-)

Hahahah.

Don't take this the wrong way, I don't mean it as an insult at all. I'm just pointing out the comedic value that is to be found in the situation.

And I wish you the VERY best of luck, and I hope you find success with your endeavors :-)

#40 Edited by EdwardWindsor (14428 posts) - - Show Bio

@Feral Nova: nope, see below

@_Legion_: i like challenges, thanks but i'am staying blue heroes can make threats and do slightly off beat things once in awhile just not all the time.

@The Umbra Sorcerer: Yep probably

@Amaranth_Strix: As far as the moon landings go i have covered that, not mentioned before in canon (far as i know) so its up to us to decide who landed on moon first i kept it with NASA but whats to say its not a woman/ an African american a Englishman or even a Welshman that lands on the moon first. No offence intended just not sticking with the norm if i don't have to its a creative writing forum after all not a biographical thread.

Any one wants to make a claim they can, since most people don't use prime ,so i find that unlikely. But i would welcome it.

As for land grabbing the whole moon isn't ours Part is owned by another RPG'er (see below) and part by something we will introduce.

Threat was intended to create a reaction, that's what they are for

@Lord_Johnathan: Link me to your alts page talking about the nazi base please, so no toes are tread on

Sitting in the office meant for Sarah Lockheart the prince of power turns and looks at the photo on the wall. It was taken two days after he joined the team. It seemed like an age ago to him so many fights between then and now, so many losses but he was still here and so where a few others. The world may not like us right now but with these people he would carry on fighting the good fight,

@EdwardWindsor: Maya’s arrival on the moonbase caused turbulent atmosphere, those who knew her; knew her from her infamous acts as the Supreme Chancellor of the Trinity Foundation. Since ending the Trinity Progression initiative with the Sons of Liberty; Maya took to the homie life of raising her child Alex. “I came to see Edward Windsor” she said, with an innocent request.

#48 Posted by EdwardWindsor (14428 posts) - - Show Bio

@Maya Lopez: Edward walked out of his office hearing the familiar voice of Miss Lopez, having studied her well when she lead Trinity. "Welcome Miss Lopez, to what do i owe this unexpected plessure?. We are hardly easy to drop in on now days" The prince gesturing to a seat in his office which he was stood behind.

#49 Posted by Maya_Liafador (4572 posts) - - Show Bio

@EdwardWindsor: “Well Edward, I think you know why I’m here” she said, smoothing out the back of her pants before taking a seat. Crossing her legs, she neatly folded her hands in her lap while she spoke. “Needless to say the backlash from you being up here is alarming” she paused, taking a moment to glance around the room; Maya’s telepathic mind could hear those listening intently on the outside.

“I just came to see what type of operation you were running here, seeing as this is my mentor Sarah Lockharts old organization”

#50 Edited by EdwardWindsor (14428 posts) - - Show Bio

@Maya Lopez: pushing the seat slightly towards his desk the champion then walks around to his side and takes a seat. "The backlash sadly is needed right now, we have been playing favorites for to long we need to make it clear to the world we help those who deserve it and well as who need it. America seems to think we work for them, a gesture was made to prove this was not the case. It has been blown out of proportion somewhat. My intentions where slightly covered but the naivety of this gesture. But rest assured this team is running as well as it can right now, considering the circumstances.

So did you come of your free will or where you asked?"
