after tonights episode i have high hopes for flash now when he come sin around episode 8 or 9

I'm also pretty excited. I'm still not sure how I feel about true superpowers in this universe, but I haven no reason to be pessimistic. This season has been above and beyond what they did in Season 1. They've stepped it up big time

you know what would be one giant mind fuck? if john diggle was actually john stewart and got a gl power ring. i think that would be a nice twist plus with him being already written as a military guy it can work

Plus they've all ready introduced Diggle in New 52 Green Arrow's book. I don't think they would want to undermine the character like that.

i wonder if ras will ever be on the show in the future. im also curious to see if they will recast or get liam neeson back. either way id like to see a ras canary fight similar to malcome and olli

The biggest name was probably the guy who plays Deathstroke.

Season 2 is great stuff at the moment, OK the CW still loves its "syrupy feel sorry for myself angst" (I'm looking at you Laurel!), but the rest of the content is tight enough and draws you in big time.

• Ras Al Ghul, wow what a name drop. I was reeling from it myself and am struck with the shows balls to even mention his name.
• I think one of the Assasins dropped a line referring to "the child of Ras Al Ghul", Talia maybe?
• AMAZO, I mean AMAZO, along with Dr Ivo
• The Flash is still to come

I agree with you that Laurel right now is the weak link of the show. I don't think its the actresses fault either...the story they are writing for her is just badddddd

Super excited for Ras al Ghul to come in and Slades transformation. Idk about flash cause i just don't see this show being including big time superpowers. Also i would love Liam Neeson to play Ras again but i highly highly doubt it. It's not impossible just highly unlikely.

Still amazed they are pursuing the Ra's story so earnestly, really hope Arrow merges with the movieverse. beginning to tire of Laurel, still hate Thea, I want Diggle to get more skilled, he's such a chum but he's one of my favourite characters. Ollie's feats are getting better, can't wait to see him face metahumans!

Green arrow comic book is so good from issue 17 onwards. I have a theory! What if Slade gets his enhancements thanks to Ivo, and last we saw him it looked like he was getting burned, whats to say he starts wearing his deathstroke mask to not show his burns?

in the first five minutes there has been a ton of talk about star labs and flash. Ivo mentions Dr. Manhattan. And my fav part....

Ivo questions ollie on what he found on the island. He then goes on to say that he's searching for a Japanese submarine that contains... You guessed it a SUPER SOLDIER SERUM!!!!!! DEATHSTROKE HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!!

BEST EPISODE YET! I don't even care about the storyline right now just the flashbacks I'm so excited that i cant stop talking and need to go so i can watch the show now! Oh by the way Thea's mothers lawyer wants Thea to break up with Roy so the press doesn't see her dating a man with a record. Oh and one more thing I'm pretty sure but I'm not certain that diggers gf was kidnapped.

btw. Ivo didn't mention Dr Manhattan. He said the Manhattan project which was the name for the A-bomb project.

Basically Diggle's wife got captured so they went to moscow to find her. That's all you gotta know.

You should rewatch the earlier episodes. They were brilliant. Lots of Black Canary

It really is dude. Last year they didn't have their identity. They flipped between teenage drama, comic show, action show, cop show ...etc

This year they've said F*** that and just went balls deep into comics.
