I am thinking that thor can't take BA, and you have no proof he can. Thor can't fight all of the heroes BA was fighting in those scans...that only happens in your head.

No it's bad writing when a single characters beats the JLA and nobody tries to use anything tactics or any other power besides physical strength...yet there are people out there who don't have anywhere near Black Adam's strength...with or without an upgrade.

Also Thor does not lose and even if he does it won't be badly.As far as I know Black Adam has no immunity or resistance to transmutation or energy manipulation.Thor should be able to take him down with either.

Even before though he was able to fight against CM and Supes by himself BA does have immunity to magic which is what Thors offense is based off of And considering that he out classes Thor in every aspect physically

WW was using physical force It has the same effect but Thor powers are still magic based That is the source of his power Any offense he has is magic based
Even so its not like transmutation is gonna do anything to someone of BA level Heck even Supes has resisted transmutation from sky father level beings
I'm a true Marvelite. I love Thor. But if Rulk can beat him like a rag doll then Black Adam can shit him out and flush him down the toilet. I dont know why the Marvel editors made him so weak in comparison to old Thor but, hell, they did.
