I'd see the Wizards making better use of their prep.. which imo would hand them the win..

Hogwarts wins, due to their versatility. The only research CHB can do is sight-seeing, whereas Hogwarts defenders have the advantage of Occlumency, overhead surveilence (Broomsticks) infiltration via disillusionment charms/invisibility cloaks. Sure, CHB could try and sneak in, but I'm sure there's a way of detecting intruders (Caterwalling charm?)

Then, you have to remember what happened at the Battle of Hogwarts. McGonagall bewitched all the statues & Trunks to defend the castle. What's to prevent her, or other wizards from doing the very same against CHB? I'm sure that all those shrines & statues coming to life would wreak havoc inside their camp, destroying weapons and injuring potential combatants.

Then lastly, Hogwarts had better defences, which the Wizards will know how to exploit better. They will stay within the walls and rain spells down on the half-bloods. Arrows will become useless, thanks to shield charms. The Half-blood army's armour, however, will not be able to hold up against a barrage of spells. Even if the Half-bloods manage to get inside, they're at even more of a disadvantage with no intelligence. The moving staircases alone would make moving troops around a nightmare. Then you'd have disorganized Half-Bloods ripe for incapacitation with well-placed traps. Power-players, such as Percy (Assuming he's mortal here) and other children of the 'Big Three' wouldn't be able to do much against the overwhelming numbers, and the likes of Dumbledore & Snape.

In the end, the Defenders of Hogwarts win (With losses), because they have a better home-turf advantage. There's absolutely no reason for them to leave the castle to attack CHB, where they would be more vulnerable.

Demi gods are magic resistant and have super human stats. The minute they figure out wizards are borderline helpless without their wands they'll exploit it

Demi-Gods have high magic resistance, therefore it’s dubious that even the more powerful spells from high tier witches/wizards will be effective here, the teachers and advanced students are further nerfed with the Killing Curse restricted.

CHB are much better battle tested and trained with superior stats. Strategically speaking, Athena and Ares’ kids will figure out that no wands=no threat so they have a few tactics for a quick victory like having Piper use Charmspeak through a megaphone and instructing Hogwarts to break their wands, Percy could then just drown the castle with the Great Lake, repeatedly using the water to better down the magic defences. Felix won’t really help Hogwarts, they have no counter to Charmspeak, Percy’s AoE or Apollo’s kids cursing them to talk in rhymes.

I believe Hogwarts Legacy was confirmed canon. And in that they establish Ancient Magic works on magic resistant beings, so the wizards still have a more than fighting chance here
