#7 Edited by YoungJustice (6684 posts) - - Show Bio

I honestly don't think more than 30 half bloods die.........but are there Demontors included in this battle?

Yeah, Annabeth with prep could whip up some nasty stuff. Also, if Percy has Achilles' curse, he solos.

True, and judging by projectile speeds, i say Half-blood kids easily have the agility to dodge/deflect them.

#18 Posted by TheCerealKillz (10266 posts) - - Show Bio

Camp Half Blood wins, with probable ease.

All the kids at Hogwarts aren't diverse in anyway at all, they all know basically the same thing. There are no real factors in there that would make me think otherwise. Even Harry isn't anything special, except if given The Elder Wand. Heck, one of the Deathly Hallows is Resurrection, which one kid in CHB can do (if we are including him). And since there is no insta-death, the death spell is not going to be used.

CHB is a whole different situation. While they are less populated, they are much more powerful. Percy could use the water around Hogwarts and flood it, or at least a portion of it. All of the kids in the camp have at least some type of strategy in there mind, and the children of Athena are all probably gonna be real useful when it comes to engineering things. Ares kids are probably the most ruthless, and the Nico, the son of Hades can resurrect the dead, which could come into some type of psychological play.

I have no clue how Hogwarts would win this.

CHB should win. It has demigods, hogwarts has only children who know magic spells that won't do much good against demigods.

#20 Posted by ShootingNova (15675 posts) - - Show Bio

The Hogwartians are just people casting spells. The CBH have half-divine attributes, plus they have better preppers (Annabeth>Hermoine).

They will win.

@TheCerealKillz: You basically said the that twice.

Hogwarts stomp
They have students AND highly skilled faculty.

Camp Half-Blood is filled with Mary and Gary Sues. I read the first chapter and had to restrain myself from chucking the book on the floor.

#24 Posted by ShootingNova (15675 posts) - - Show Bio

@Shotgun: I don't like how Rick Riordan writes his mythology books either, especially the gods (which are so lame). The Egyptian Gods in the Kane Chronicles are nothing like the Egyptian gods in real mythology. All the gods (from PJ, Kane Chronicles, and Heroes of Olympus) are all pathetically lame.

#25 Posted by Shotgun (900 posts) - - Show Bio

@ShootingNova

That too.

#26 Posted by UnderDogs_OverBoard (1137 posts) - - Show Bio

Umm... Percy Drowns em' to death!

Hogwarts do not have swimming pools perhaps...

plus even if the gods don't combat they still have their support for their children...

Faculty is included? Oh, Hogwarts takes the cake then. Also, yes, the Percy Jackson books are meant for the 12-14 year old range. Although at that age, i had read LotR thrice over, much can't be said about the kids of today lol.

@jediwaffles Yeah, the standards have definitely been lowered for the new generations.

#34 Edited by Adriell2124 (62 posts) - - Show Bio

@Shotgun: I've been reading those books since I was 9. It's not exactly good but it's dumb clean fun. Also, by now I'm reading them more out of endearment to the characters than for the quality.

Also, we including CHB's 'staff' too?

With a month of prep the hecates cabin would create anti magic potions {as we know exist in that universe}. Tyson would summon the cyclops and Annabeth and Leo would invent some state of the art destructive devices. The battle would probably last 2 days and would end in one of the most horrible slaughtering of wizards ever seen even dumbledore wouldnt stand a chance

#43 Posted by Jnr6Lil (7689 posts) - - Show Bio

Hogwarts. Rick Riordan waters down the potential of the Half-Bloods.

#44 Posted by The Stegman (23193 posts) - - Show Bio

Is it both as seen at the end of their series? if so, Dumbledore and Snape won't be involved, if it's both at their most powerful, then I say Hogwarts, they have some heavy hitters, plus I think the things in the Forbidden Forest can beat the creatures in the Camp's forest.

#45 Posted by morgrim (1020 posts) - - Show Bio

@Jnr6Lil: @The Stegman:Actually the halfbloods have demon creatures from hell in tyhe forest as welll as giants hell hounds plus they have centaourson their side as welll. Also since the hecate cabin hasthe goddess of magic on their side they just need to whip up an anti magic potion and instant win.

Not to mention CHB has no control over their monsters. They're actually enemies with theirs unlike Hogwarts who are friends with theirs.

@morgrim: It's speculation they can whip up an anti-magic potion.

#49 Posted by thewatch (31 posts) - - Show Bio

Percy solos

#50 Posted by morgrim (1020 posts) - - Show Bio

@Jnr6Lil: Actually my good man thehogwarts people are only friends with some like the unicorns, giants and centaours. While the others such as the spiders would eat them if they ever got the chance. Whereas the CHB people have centaur armies, well trained giant armies, a hundred handed one, peguasi, hell hounds and nature spirits at thier disposal. Plus in the series anti magic tablets have been shown so it wouldnt be a far fetched assumption that the children of the goddess of magic would be able to make those kinds of potions. Also Camphalfblood is more technologically advanced, hogwarts would have no defense what soever against the Argo 11 that leo made plus with one month prep annabeth could invent a whole lot of other dangerous devices with the laptop. Also Camphalfblood has automatronic robots at their disposal ready to activate with a word. So not only do they out number out technology, and out mythical creature the harry potter gang, but they also out smart then. Because with a cabin filled with the children of wisdom and the camp director being a centurys old centaur who has been in countless wars, they would make up an infalliable strategy to win. Lastly they can also call in the hunters of artemis and most importantly they are more skilled and powerful. You have nico who can raise armies of dead, Percy wih hurricanes typhoons and floods, Thailia with thunder and lightening, piper with mind control, jason with fire. And the other camp half blood kids are trained killers. Clarisse slayed an unkillable drakon by herself. The apollo cabin shoots deadly arrows with pin point accuracy plus the hypnos cabin can just put the enemy to sleep by yawning. The stayrs and nature spirits can summon the elements to do their bidding. And in close combat Every demigod has the reflexes to dodge spells so it would be a wizarding slaughter
