Nothing is sacred as Crossed returns! The biggest hit horror series of the year returns with an all-new six-issue series written by David (Stray Bullets) Lapham! Set right at the start of the Crossed outbreak, this epic tale of depravity promises to shock and disturb you with even more intensity than the first series! The Pratt family lived a idyllic life on a horse ranch in North Carolina. A few generations of family working, living, and learning together. But not all things should be shared with, nor done to, other human beings. Much less your own family. Some men are just born evil, some men are turned Crossed. But which is worse? Imagine, for a moment, the worst crimes against humanity. Picture the cruelest affronts to decency. Conjure your darkest nightmares... and then realize it could all be so much worse. When civilization crumbles in one terrifying moment; when people are gleefully breaking into unthinkable acts of violence all around you; when everyone you love has died screaming in agony: What do you do? There is no help. There is no hope. There is no escape. There are only the Crossed.

    Notes:

    • The Regular Cover and the Incentive Red Crossed Cover are a homage of Norman Rockwell's painting of "Freedom of Want".
    • The C2E2 VIP Edition is a homage of the cover of The Walking Dead #19.

I'll Stick With The Original, Thanks 0

I must start by saying that this review will deal with adult themes, so if you're easily offended then steer clear of this review, and Crossed in general!Secondly, I know this isn't exactly the popular opinion, but I really don't rate Crossed Family Values at all.Let me explain: I'm no prude. Guts and gore do not bother me. I don't think a piece of art has ever offended me. Ever. I mean, get a life, right? They're drawings. That said, CFV left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The first volume, Cr...

Koz's Comic Review: This book is F@#ed Up!! 0

This title pushes limits That I have never seen before in a comic. I am talking about people walking around naked. People getting shot at and enjoying it. People pissing on other dead people. Body parts flying all over the place including Brains. People eating flesh and body parts,Others having sex in a shed with daggers stuck in them. This all happens in the first issue and I did not even get to the story yet. This Makes Walking Dead look like a Bedtime story. The overall story in a nutshell fo...

Sex And Violence Shock Tactics 0

Some horror-genre comics take different approaches, some are more thought-provoking or mysterious like The Walking Dead or Cthulhu based stories. Crossed Family Values takes a more direct route. I hear a film production of this series could be in the works, if so it will certainly be in the splatter-movie style. I was quite impressed at first, liked the art and the plot seemed kinda interesting: The Pratt family lives on a large horse ranch. The father, Joseph, is a Bible-bashing bully who aside...
