    With the JL under his command, in just 15 minutes Mawell Lord took control of the USA as a first step to make a peaceful world and Batman knows there's no way to stop the JL but he still decides to go to Washington and fight; luckily for him the SS and Lobo want to help (everyone for their own reason) so Batman has no other option than to accept their offer and declare them the new Justice League. Meanwhile in Washington, Lord shows Waller how he is bringing peace to the worldwith some unexpecte...
