Origin
Terri was a desk clerk at the American Superhero Organization Task Force Deployment Office. She was bored and volunteered for the cybernetic law enforcement program. For as yet unrevealed reasons, she got deactivated and put in a crate, stored in the basement of the Quagmire police station. When three juvenile delinquents, ordered to clean up the basement, found her and activated her, she quickly sprang into action against the invading Dog Supreme. However, seeing the Zetraman in action (which were the previous juvenile delinquents), she retired her outfit and accepted a job working for the Quagmire police department.
