Personality in The Comics
Through out the series Tyson always proved to be the cool headed one opposed to Salem who was always jumping into action. While Salem seems to only care for his and Rios needs, Rios would go out of his way and help others. In the series they both had to make hard choices usually their choices ended with death. Rios is very resilient and tough this is shown when he and Elliot are being tortured they both never give in.
Skills
Rios is a brilliant tactician, and is a master at close and long ranged weaponry. He is able to use any gun he can get his hands on. His size adds to his strength as he uses his towering statue to overpower enemies.
