He's not a good character at all. I hate him, but he held of Heretic before his demise IIRC. I mostly put him there to spite the people who said Black Canary is the best when Bane, Batman, and Shiva are right in the same universe.

Agreed. I think the robin is the young lady from the Dark Knight Returns, Ms. Kelly, not Damian.
