Well, we have got black and white photos + black stripes =ninja kit.

(Not familiar with American culture, what the hell does "my ninja" mean, is it positive? On the other hand we use the word my nigger (murzyn), but it isn't racist, we refer like that to any phisical worker, no matter the colour. I heard of many conflicts, because Polish people use the "nigger" word instead of "murzyn", which causes a lot of mistakes and uncomfortable situations.

Lupin doesn't kill batman, but gets away with a lot of stollen money and stuff.

Batman persues him, fights with him, and recovers some art pieces, but not the gold/money.

Well, I can't tell you who will win, but it would look like that:

Kaitou gets distracted on the way there and found out that the Vatican (or Millenium, doesn't really matter) killed his father, so he makes a detour and is not in the warehouse at the time. Blondie gets killed by Lupin and Walther to stop im killing the hostages, Walther injured, they get to the warehouse and Lupin refuses to hand in the plans,

-Spike recognizes Lupin and Attacks him for the bounty,

-Walther regenerates, (he was a tech-vampire, but it was not visible) pulls out some wires and attacks Integra,- he is then confronted with Integra with sword+ gun and Pip with full gear.

First kill, than marry

(Lenin, remember)

With turning all of the teams morals off, Lupin gang wins easily,- Jigen would have done a hat trick and no Spike. It takes 0.3 seconds for Jigen to draw.. and I even saw Jigen fire at bullets to change their course. After dividing into pairs, the combat would look something like that:

Jet+ Jigen= Jigen wins by a hedshot, or else an equal

Faye+ Fujiko= Fujiko wins 100%, her exeptional skill in hand to hand combat and wepon experteese make it obvious (+the fact that she doesn't hesitate to kill anyone)

Lupin+ Spike= EQUAL (Spike is a Bruce Lee follower, but Lupin is incredibly agile, he runs away from any more powerfull enemy)

Oh, yes. Even if Spike and his team manage to get Lupin, that doesn't mean enything,-you cant keep Lupin captured for long enough to get the bounty,- any Lupin knower will agree that he is the best escape artist.

Wow! Three of my favourite caracters fighting! I think no body would win, well I am a fan of all of them. And Lupin is certainly not a "Pyramid thief", he is one the most hardcore escape artist in the manga/anime world! Spike withe his exeptional fighting skills is an equal match. All three of them are excellent marksmen, and i can't think any way of compairing their skills. I can't see any of them winning somehow. Lupin walther P-38 houses 9 bullets, vashes probably 6, since it is a revolver and spike's jeriho also 9. Spike know's Bruce Lee's fighting technique, and we all know Bruce is The Guy. Lupin has all sorts of gadgets, like exploding shoes, radiostation and drug analizer in a tooth...

Enyway, Conan Edogawa wouldn't permit such a battle and would pocket the coin,- problem solved.
