Batman alone has huge home field and prep advantage over both Panther and Thor. Although I think it would be a really good fight, I see Superman taking down Thor, and Batman taking down Panther more easily than i would like. Sorry Panther
The X-Men. Rogue absorbs Quicksilver's super speed, & then immediately takes out Starfire & Superboy, being too fast for either of them to escape her touch,.adding their abilities to her own. Iceman slicks up the ground, neutralizing Kid Flash, slowing him down enough for Rogue to get her hands on him, too. Once she has Kid Flash's speed, it's over. The other X-Men can keep the remaining Titans distracted, while Rogue adds to her power set by taking each one out, one by one. By this point, some of the Titans have probably already fallen to the X-Men. Bishop can absorb & redirect anything Static can generate. Working together, Thuderstrike & Colossus would overwhelm Cyborg or Wondergirl. Daredevil's radar sense would allow him to target Beast Boy, regardless of how small a creature he became. The Ttitan's just can't win this one. Take Rogue away from the X-Men's roster, though, & then, the X-Men wouldn't be able to succeed.
All this plus who is going to take down wolverine? cmon now easily X-Men
