This is not in order. It's just a list with great Marvel sorcerers and magic users who have shown great power and capabilities. Rate this list and tell me your opinions please! :D

Adam always fascinated me personally. Very, very powerful, though very complex too. He used to possess the Soul Gem, but then he lost (?) it and now he still has it's powers without having the gem. He also recently gained this weird kind of magic which is called metaphysical magic. It's very powerful though and would give anyone a run for their money.

I like this guy, has shown great feats and has teamed up with Strange regularly.

Pretty obscure character but has shown to cause Strange problems.

Long time foe of Strange. Has great power.

Was once the Sorceror Supreme. Has great control over voodoo and is worth mentioning.

Very very powerful. He literally forced Satan and his forces into his army. Even Zeus, Ares and Hera joined his army forcefully. Zeus one-shotted Galactus when Mikaboshi amped him. He's also known as the Chaos King.

The All-Father and ruler of Asgard, Odin is a skyfather-level being above Thanos and around Galactus' level.

I wasn't sure if I should have counted her in, but the Staff of One is actually really powerful. It can do virtually anything, but she can only say her spells once. For example is she says 'Protect us with a shield' she couldn't ever do it again which might turn out to be a real problem in the future.

A foe of Thor, she is worth mentioning. Has numerous abilities which all lead to her being a magic user.

Very powerful being. Doctor Strange often casts spells using Agamotto.

Proud ruler of Limbo, Illyana Rasputin has the mutant ability to control magic. She also possesses the powerful Soulsword which is a giant threat to magic beings, but not a big threat to other beings. She's been a part of the X-Men too and still is.

Ofcourse, the current Sorcerer Supreme of the Marvel universe. Has shown feats nearly unmatched. Can do things like manipulate matter, time, reality and has many other abilities.

He was quite a good sorcerer but recently mastered magic even further and he might just be on par with the likes of Loki and Circe with his magic.

Has great control over Chaos Magic. She was the main cause of M-Day, the day almost every mutant in Marvel lost their powers. She did this with 3 words, though she was uncontrollable.

Has near limitless Magic energy under her control and was deemed by many to be the most powerful Marvel human sorcerer. With a gesture, she can transform men into animals, with the resultant form usually appropriate to the attitude, appearance or personality of the victim.

Once almost had all of Marvel's magic in his/her hands. Very powerful.

Shuma-Gorath is a very, very powerful Magic user. Thanos with the IG couldn't destroy this monster, only banish it.

Also a foe of Strange but usually lost against Strange. Still, this guy has scary powers and has his own dimension. He can cast spells and control energy among many other things.

Has held herself against Thor and has great control of her magic.

Definitely worth mentioning, Loki has control of Asgardian magic and is known as the master of tricks and mischief. Can easily control people and cast illusions like no other.

Doctor Strange's greatest foe. A being from the Dark Dimension, this scary but powerful demon-like being has shown feats such as distorting Strange's astral form, capturing Strange in the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak and turned the Hulk into a crystal easily.
