i didn't read the article. was he charged for manslaughter or muerder? who did they prove that it was either manslaughter or murder because if he choked the life out of her with his bare hands, that's not manslaughter.

He beat her to death with a flashlight.  I think he should say it was an accident and that he didn't mean for her to die.

LOL. What even...  This is Second Degree murder, he beat her with the intent of killing her. Manslaughter is for those of who aren't fully aware of what they're doing, which would make it a wholly passionate. They're similar but not the same.

He only hit her 7 times. How'd he know she'd die so quickly? And he could argue it wasn't intent to kill, just to hurt her for killing their son and possibly his daughter.
