Attack of the 50 Foot Woman is a 1958 sci-fi film starring Allison Hayes. The story is about wealthy heiress Nancy Fowler Archer encountering an alien, and the encounter causing her to grow into a giantess. Mentally unstable already, being fifty feet tall doesn't help things.
The movie was remade in 1993, and there was a book in 2016 called Attack of the 50 Foot Women.
