Airazor was a new Maximal who joined Optimus Primal's team on Prehistoric Earth during the Beast Wars. She was the sole female member of the team until her death in season 2 of the TV show, where in season 3 the role was taken up by former Predacon Blackarachnia.
Apelinq was originally Uplinq, an Autobot at the end of the Great War with the Decepticons. Apelinq was reformatted into a Maximal along with most of the Autobots of the time and took on a smaller more energy efficient form. Apelinq turned to scientific pursuits as a Maximal.

He has had several alternate modes throughout his many different incarnations, but is most renowned for his earliest transformation into a semi-truck.

During the Beast Wars, Rhinox was the defensive strategist, and second in command of the Maximals. His alternate form was a brown rhinoceros, and he carried two powerful machine guns.
Leader of the Aerialbots, on Cybertron he used to be a low level carrying ship. During Beast Wars, he was remade as a Maximal Fuzor, making his beast mode a blend of a wolf and an eagle.
Another result of Megatron's Transmetal 2 cloning experiments, Sonar's superior senses allow her to be the best reconnaissance agent the Maximals have. Her unchecked ferocity however can make her dangerous to both friend and foe.
Starscream is second in command of the evil Decepticons, a race of sentient shape-shifiing machines known as Transformers from the planet Cybertron.
T-AI manifests herself as a holographic avatar. She is the Autobots main computer system.
