The Zero Crisis

Before Cin could respond the Cajun fled down into the tunnels with speed,he told a tale of death and vengance.It troubled the old Jedi much,he mearly stood there,then looked into the stars.A tear fell from his cheek,and he cried out to his old family.

"I understand now.These people have lost family,like i have,even though i tried to shun my past,I cannot."

Wiping the tear from his eyes,the Jedi moved the huge boulder that Gambler uncovered the path with and placed it back onto the hole,he was making sure there was no one to follow the man back and try to stop his trial of vengeance.The Jedi then grabbed his lightsaber,there were guards on the east side of the castle alerted,the Vine Villains were sending out troops to make sure no on else entered.

"Revenge leads to the Dark Side."

The troops shot laser blast towards him,Cin weaved through them and ran past them,utilizing his Force Speed.Then came to a halting stop.Sending to massive trees to incapacitate the troops,not kill them.Then he made his way into the Castle.

Zee would stop as he heard a challenge. He loved challenges but being called a coward to accept one didn't make it all to well. He would turn around with his sword in his hand and all four eyes on his new found foe Andferne. His teeth some would be poking out his mouth as if he had a forever smile of evil. His muscle looked to be put to the max as he raised his strength up to even challenge a god. He was ready but of course one more thing had to come to such and occasion. Zee would then put on hand on the ground and from it would come his glavie another indestructible and his most favored weapon.

You challenge me? I shall make this worth your while let us hope you can do the same.

With that Zee would sprint off at the speed of sound towards his opponent as he spun his glavie over his head while he had his sword down and swung it up vertical when he had gotten close enough to his enemy

Thunder had drawn to dragon out. Just like he had planned. He was a massive beast with strength no doubt. But very few could rival the strength of Thunderblood while he wore the Belt of Strength. Together with the Axe, Mace, and Belt he was easily four times stronger than Thor himself.

Zee attacked quickly moving at the spped of sound, he saw the glaive coming in high over his head, while the sword was being held back to strick once he got closer. Useing the deadly Bloodaxe of the Executioner he blocked the Glaive strike overhead. Metal clanged across the cavern as the two forces colliaded. Almost like a sonic boom of strength busrted when the two weapons meet.

Zee's sword found its mark cutting across Thunder's shoulder. The blade hurt, but pain was something he was accustomed too. He had no intetion of blocking the sword, for he readied his Mace for the counter strike. Charging it with white magical lightning he struck forcefully hard and vicously at Zee's exposed ribs. The magical lightning would erupt on contact should the strike be blocked. He then spun off useing the strength and resistance between the glaice and Axe, flying into the air.

LstPaladin returned to the Zero tower to find it empty. "Where is everybody" He could sense something was not right. There was a silence here that indeed spoke to LstPaladin.

LstPaladin asked the Goddess Gina about what had happened and she told him all. Andferne had opened a portal so LstPaladin traveled through it. When he arrived he found some of his team listening to Andferne giving a speech. LstPaladin heard and agreeded with what was said.

As the zero team attacked the gates LstPaladin went with them. He would fight beside his team live or die he would do it as a Zero

You will pay for your treachery...WITH YOUR LIFE were the words that aztek said to Nighthunter before the fight started. Soon after that Aztek created two daggers to attack Nighthunter. One of them was directed to Nighthunter's throat and the other one to his stomach.

Nighthunter quickly grabbed his sword and used it to block the dagger that was going toward his throat, using the bow that was in his other hand he blocked the other dagger.

"That's all" Nighthunter said to his opponent before he started his counterattack against Aztek. Nighthunter quickly left his bow fall to be ablt move and gain distance.

After that Nighthunter's hand started to shine and the symbol of the triforce was formed in the hand of Nighthunter. After that he jumped and sent a slash to where Aztek was standing.

As soon as Spartan put his hand on the chest of RL he could feel his power returning. A fast but pleasant surge of energy rushed through his body as his wounds closed. As Spartan finish RL gasped for air and opened his eyes. They began to glow and he looked at his friends, his brothers and heard the words of his battle adviser "It's good to have you back, Renegade. Suit up and arm yourself. We have a war to finish........."

RL stood himself up and said to his teammates "My deepest gratitude but right now we need to end this war, Rayne take to the air and do what you do best, Spartan old friend go straight down the middle and make it hurt"

The rejuvenated RL looked upon the castle. He began to think of what Final Arrow had done to him and to his uncle. The jokes the torture all of the hatred was building up and was showing physically on RL as his entire body started to glow a bursting green energy. RL stood their for awhile glowing to clear his mind before going into battle but one image would not go away. The helpless woman he looked straight in the eye as Arrow killed her and her last words that were directed at RL "HELP ME" replayed in his mind and it drove RL insane.

Anger and vengeance were flowing though his blood. RL formed a sword out of his GL enery and the emerald aura around him erupted causing two trees near him to split in half. RL took off in flight at top speed taking out several VV guards with graceful swipe of his sword. He landed in the front of the castle and ran into the building. The VV guards fought without fear but the were no match for RL as he was killing them quickly saving his energy and rage for Arrow. He walked through the halls of the VV until he finally saw him. The man who killed his uncle, the man who will die by his hand on this day Final Arrow.

RL looked into the sinister eyes of Final Arrow and with a stern tone said to him "Remember me". Without hesitation RL flew towards Final Arrow and slashed his GL powered sword at his face while forming his forcefield to protect from any potential attacks that Arrow may dish out!

As the glavie and bloodaxes collided making a hue shock wave blowing back trees and all in its path and making huge destruction it would also be good. Zee already knew he was out classed by his foe in strength as the huge sound came he would be able to absorb it into his body to add on more strength and durability although it still wouldn't even out the odds on that. Zee would then have his body opened and wouldn't be able to block what came next as he body went flying to the side like a rage doll and a huge boom sound was made as it hit Zee. By the time he had got up his ribs two where surely broken probably even more but he didn't bother to count as he got up and still had his weapons on his would would stare down his foe for a few seconds.

You truly do have the strength of the god lets see if you can keep up with the demi-gods

Zee would exclaim as two more Zee's suddenly came from him although the other two where simply illusions as they all three ran towards the foe the real Zee would manipulate the gravity on Andferne in such a way it could effect the cardiovascular system as the middle Zee would stop and the other two ran towards the foe the middle Zee would then shot a concussive blast of sound at Andferne with the same force as 3,000 pounds of tnt. While doing this he would use the two fake Zee's to jump up as a distraction towards his foe

Thunderstrike had struck true and flung his opponet backwards. He could hear the sound of ribs cracking as he went back. He stayed in the air and viewed down at the fallen dragon as he stood once more. It then spoke "You truly do have the strength of the god lets see if you can keep up with the demi-gods"

Then two illusions popped up around Zee, and all started charging at Thunder. He could feel the gravity tightening around him as Zee tried effecting his cardio system. With a strong inhale of air he shrugged off the effects. His lungs were made of stronger stuff than that. He would have to do better.

As he exhaled a concussive blast of sound was shot at Thunder, it struck him dead slamming him back into the ground. He heard a crack as a bone gave in. Blood dripped from his mouth as he stood back up. Useing the electro magnetic spectrum from the axe, and the energy trace from the mace he knew that the two Zee's jumping at him now were the illusions, and the real one was the one left behind. It ws his turn to strike back, and hell would have no furry like he.

Ignoreing the illusions he pulled in the energies around him and crossed the Axe and Mace together. Useing them both together he would call forth a deadly force. Thor long ago named this a GodBlast, and he would now use it to smite down the mighty dragon. All types of magical energy gathered around Thunder. Lightning mixed with fire and ice as it all charged together. As he realsed the massive blast towards Zee he shouted out "Back to the depths of HADES Dragon"

The energy shot forth creating a blinding light. The power surged through him as it left. Wind blew and the very earth shook from the sheer force of the blast. The blast had once fell a Celestial and now would slay a dragon.

Once Rayne and Nighthunter had infiltrated the VV HQ they quickly and silently made their way towards where their leader was being held captive.When they finally arrived at the insane Arrow's torture chamber,they paused and awaited for the psychotic villain to exit,making RL's rescue easier and more swift.When the coast had been clear they entered the room which was a horrific sight.There was blood everywhere,RL had been covered in it and a woman s lifeless body lingered at the end of the room,her throat slit and her white dress stained with a crimson liquid.As the pair began to release their leader and patch him up,Aztek had entered the room and began to declare his attack on the three z squad members.

Rayne.Take Renegade Lantern out of here and lead him to where the rest of the team is.

Nighthunter said to Rayne.With a quick nod,Rayne lifted RL onto his back and began to dart through the dark shadowy tunnels of the VV HQ.

They are going to pay dearly for this.May the god that I do not concede in have mercy upon their wretched souls,for I wont!

Rayne chanted as he flew towards the exit of the VV HQ.Once Rayne and RL had finally reached the Zero encampment Rayne lowered his fellow teammate and leader onto the ground carefully making sure not to injure him any further.

Rayne stood back and watched as Demetrius healed their leader.Suddenly RL had beamed back to life,but something was different.RL's face had been stricken with a disturbance It almost resembled the same reaction Rayne had when he had finally laid Hakane to rest.

Rayne take to the air and do what you do best

Rayne nodded once again in agreement.He hadnt spoken much since the death of Hakane.They had taken something dear from within him,he was no longer the same man.His mind was solely placed on revenge and the destruction of the VV.With all the speed in his body,Rayne jolted at the VV headquarters in a lightning flash and came to a quick halt,and thought to himself.

Tonight is the night,where I grasp my vengeance and feed it,the blood it craves.This might be my last day on this earth but if I die,I will leave my soul at rest and meet Hakane on the farplane and there I will make up for the failure I have bestowed upon her

In an instant,Rayne darted into the air and through a window where he had seen Arrow and DC.He landed with his left leg outstreched to the left,his right knee bent closely to the ground,his left palm straight forward on the ground in front of him and his right hand placed on the hilt of his Katana.His eyes flashed open and glowed with a crimson glare his pupils dilating and taking the form of what seemed to be a four bladed shuriken.

Pray!

Rayne yelled as he prepared himself for the bloody battle that was to come.

The Spartan received the order of Renegade Lantern. It was time to execute.........

Demetrius stood atop of a large hill which overlooked the entire battle. Raising his shield, he braced himself for what he had to do. His adrenaline was throttled up and he was nearly unstoppable. Cracking his neck from side-to-side, he prepared himself for the charge. Just then, the gate to the castle opened up. Now, all the guards from the castle were sent out, nearly 500 altogether. However, Demetrius could notice that there were two individuals leading the guards into battle. It was a man and a woman. Using his vision, The Spartan noticed the hair colors of the two. The man's hair was white in color, and the woman's was green. Suddenly, the man vanished among the crowd.

Immediately, Demetrius knew who was leading the guards. It was Quicksilver and Polaris, two of Magneto's children.......

As he gathered his shield and drew his sword, The Spartan readied himself for the charge. He bowed his head, closed his eyes, and cleared his mind. With that, he looked up at the horde of guards with a newfound fire in his eyes. Down the hill he charged. Because of his increased adrenaline, his speed and power were incredible. As he charged, The Spartan crushed all the guards in his path, bashing them with his shield or hacking them with his sword. Suddenly, he was in the midst of fierce combat. Slashing and hacking his way through, it was not long before he was covered in the blood of his enemies.

Suddenly, something happened. The Spartan felt the impact hit his chest as he was blasted back several yards. Quickly, he regained his footing. Just then, another blast sent him flying through the air. However, before his body could hit the ground, he was blasted back yet again; then again. Finally, his body slammed into the ground and slid to a halt. As he looked up, Quicksilver stood before him. The whole time, Quicksilver had been charging around the field, knocking The Spartan back and then repeating. Now, the defiant lad was facing The Spartan.

Quicksilver unleashed a furious attack on The Spartan now. As The Spartan stood to his feet, a breeze and a flash of white flew past him. Reaching down, he noticed that Quicksilver had managed to remove one of his adamantium blades. Then, Quicksilver rushed in three times - each time delivering a powerful slash to The Spartan. Quicksilver began to repeat it over and over again, slashing mercilessly at The Spartan. Gritting his teeth, The Spartan was now beginning to feel the pain of each slash. The adamantium had pierced his armor and had begun to cut into his flesh with each stroke. Quicksilver had now cut Demetrius 357 times.

However, The Spartan began to realize something. Quicksilver was attacking in a triangular pattern. Each stroke came exactly one-third of the distance from the previous. The slashes came again. 358, 359,...... Now, The Spartan knew where the next attack would land. With incredible speed and power, he spun around and bashed Quicksilver with his shield. The quick young mutant was then sent flying back from the blast. Demetrius was about to pursue when something else happened.

One of his smaller blades came out and flew directly at his face. Quickly, he grabbed it and put it back in place. At that moment, he healed himself and regained his strength. Then, he felt as if something was pulling him or trying to move him. Whatever it was, it seemed as if his armor was trying to be held in place. It HAD to be Polaris. Demetrius looked over and could see the mutant with her arm outstretched towards him. Ten guards stood around her to protect her.

Then, The Spartan did the unthinkable. He moved directly against the magnetic current the Polaris was trying to control. Using his supreme physical power, he began to overpower the young woman's flimsy attempt to use magnetism against him. As he drew near to her, the ten guards around her charged. Polaris had attempted to move The Spartan by using magnetism against his body armor over his torso. Although it hindered the speed of his mobility in a minor way, it did not stop The Spartan from immediately slaying her ten guards.

After he killed them, Demetrius continued moving towards Polaris. At this point, Polaris had both arms raised and was trying with all her might the control the powerful being. She could not. As The Spartan moved in steadily against her magnetic field, tears began to run from her eyes. Polaris cried as she tried to keep The Spartan at bay. Suddenly, Demetrius heard something behind him.

Quicksilver had recovered and had rushed in to plunge that adamantium blade into The Spartan's back. However, The Spartan had stepped out of the way. As Demetrius eluded the attack from behind, Quicksilver could not stop himself in time. Quicksilver beheld in horror as he plunged the blade into the heart of, none other than, his own sister - Polaris.

He stood there in shock as his sister's lifeless body fell to the ground. The Spartan took the opportunity to reach over and sieze Quicksilver by the neck with one hand. At that point, the mighty Greek lifted the disheartened Quicksilver off the ground and looked into his eyes.

"Tell your father that I'm here........." The Spartan said with a dark look coming over his face. With that, he squeezed tightly and snapped Quicksilver's neck like a twig. As he let go, Quicksilver's lifeless body fell to the ground - next to his dead sister. Two of Magneto's own children were dead: Poetic Justice on behalf of the entire Zero Squad.

At that point, The Spartan ripped off his adamantium body armor. After all, it was metal and he did not need it anyway. He would stand on the field of battle READY for whatever would come next...................

The shadows called to Arrow as Boken spoke to him, He looked at them and they returned the message, Polaris and quicksilver had both been killed “Intresting” He kept on walking his magic’s where running all round the castle and he could feel they where being followed, Looking up his eyes seemed to piecre the walls of the vv and looked at where Andfene was floating, “Enough of that” With a wave of his hand their energy signatures where gone, hidden from view the same now went for anyone in the castle.

He came to a stop and looked to the side “Why is he here”, Gambler he would know that mans power anywhere, had one of the VV killed his family, this was not good, his mind was just as tactical as Arrows maybe even more so, “DC stay here, Weather man come with me, Boken Deal with the man who killed Quicksilver and Boken make sure he hurts” , The Castle had been built over a thousand years ago and it looked as new as now as it did then, Magneto had of course updated it with some toys, But the Magic in the base was what made it the perfect place for a killing ground.

Arrow walked into the main hall and over to a picture of him hanging on the wall, “Excuse me gentlemen “ With that he vanished, behind the picture sat a room, It was filled with spell books and most of all weapons, Forged in his realm , looking over he saw what he was looking picking up the small round orb he placed it in his top pocket, then placing a hand on the wall he spoke to the Zeros who had screamed for blood outside, “You talk great words I give you that, But yet I see nothing but a floating thug who needs a back bone, If you do not wish to come in then fly home, I and the rest of the VV are very comfy just sitting around planning on how to kill the rest of your families, But do of course take your time!”

As he reappeared away from the rest of the VV, He saw a sword come flying towards him, He moved sideways using all of his super speed , Arrow smiled as he watched RL's force field and stands back a little, "Im sorry and you where who again?" Arrow began to laugh, his crimson eyes looking over him, "OH yes the great hero who could not save a young girl, on her wedding days of all days" A small line of blood drops from Arrows nose and onto the floor, It seems the attack was swifter then he realised, It had just caught him, "Mind you , you should have seen what I did to the groom and the wedding party, Oh it was a sight, children , Adluts and my fav Old people gutted and pinned to the walls, It was a sight dear RL, but I let me entertain you for awhile, I am after all ahead of schedule for what I have planned".

A dark ripple surrounded Arrow as his shiled went up, "Since you drew first blood, I think it is only fair tha....." Arrow was gone in a puff of shadows, Combing his speed and the momentum the shadows teleport gave him, he teleported six times at super speed , He was moving faster then ever before, it took almost all his superstrength to just reach for the sword of souls, The blade was legendary, It cut the air as it moved for it's target, Arrow finally reappeared at RL's side the sheer force of the re appearnce broke the stone floor it crumbled into a creator as he swung the sword, that also tore the bricks of the wall as it's momentum pulled at the very fabric of the VV castle.

The second pair of eyes of zee would be opened wide it would see such a blast so strong. It was like nothing he had ever seen on the vine before somuch destructive propersties of a blast put into one. Although it was from a distance he could already feel some of its effects.

Zee refuses to die in such a manner to lose in such a way the battle must go on.

He thought to himself as the blast came upon him and he used his power over sound to gather some sound made from the blast as well as light which this blast had alot of allowing Zee to use his power to slow the blast down and hold it back a few more seconds while he took off faster then the speed of sound 6 times faster. The direction he went towards was Andferne and while doing so he would bend the light waves around himself to turn himself invisible as he would then used his power over gravity to shot a concussive blast at Andferne with the same force as 20,000 pounds of tnt.

Arrow was a man with no heart so RL knew of no way to hurt him emotionally but he was still a man and RL was the best at a causing physical pain the only kind that will affect Final Arrow. RL swung his sword with great power towards the head of the maniacal one. Arrow had great speed and was able to deflected the full extent of the swing but it still pricked his nose and cause it to bleed.

RL was cautious not to attack Final Arrow again. He knew the extent of his power and a man like Arrow if nothing else is unpredictable. The sadistic Arrow begin to make jokes about the killings that brought RL his darkest hour. Not being able to save a life of a woman right in front of him. The helpless feeling RL had when that happened made him sick to his stomach and Arrow was exploiting it now. Easy Leonidas, he is just trying to take you out of your game RL thought as he kept his gaze on Arrow in a ready fighting position.

"Since you drew first blood, I think it is only fair tha....." says Arrow and out of nowhere begins to teleport. RL was able to see him clearly in only one of his jumps but their were many more. Arrows speed was incredible. RL waited to get another clear shot to go for an attack but had no openings.

The ground and walls shook as Arrow finally appeared. Arrow swung his magnificent sword towards the side of the Zero Squad Leader. RL turned his head slightly but the force and speed of the attack was too great. Arrows blade hit the outer part of the renegades forcefield and although it did not penetrate his skin the power of the swing sent RL off his feet crashing through a wall and into the hallway. RL's forcefield flickered on and off for a few second as he regained his thoughts from such a devastating blast.

The hero quickly gathered himself and stood. His will for vengeance would not let him stay down too long. He looked at Arrow and said "I have some trick too you b@stard" and quickly flew directly up using his speed phasing through the ceiling of the first and going up to the second level. Still intangible he went into the room above the one Arrow was in and phased back down to where he was behind Arrow. He put out his left arm and sent blast after blast towards Arrow. Only one was directed at Arrow while the other two were sent at the side wall near Arrow and one right above his head to cause the ceiling of that room to fall. RL quickly followed his blasts with a running lunge with his GL energy sword towards the abdomen of his enemy!

“Hmmm” The blast directed at Arrow hit his shield full force, The dark energy rippled as the roof came crashing down, As it did he winked at RL, The full force of the roof landed on top of him, but he did not move, The pressure of the derby pushed Arrow to flat on his back, The shield took most of the punches but Arrow felt the stabbing pain as his a rib broke his face smashed into the ground , Blood exploding from his nose.

Then the dust began to settle, he heard RL Lunge but their was no point he was not going to hit anything turning into Shadows The sword cut into the ground and Arrow reappeared behind the man, His clothes torn and covered in dust, Rubbing the blood from his lip as it trickled from his nose Arrow wiggled an Eyebrow and laughed, His rib tearing at his insides as it did, Lifting a hand at the mans exposed back he fired of a blast of dark energy.

Arrow stood tilting his head as he watched the orb fly and thoughts of how strong RL really was ran into his head, His shield had stood against the sword of souls and the man still got after the hit that sent him into a wall with not a scratch, This was no mortal man he was fighting had he finally found a hero worthy of killing!

LstPaladin stood outside the broken down doors of the soon to be destroyed VV headquarters. The battle between the mighty Andferne and Zee was raging, and soon Zee would fall to the warrior Andferne. Too bad, I would have enjoyed tearing that evil fool apart myself. But he will not survive his encounter with Andferne. LstPaladin wanted to join the fight, but would need to either draw out an opponent or go find one. I must take the battle to them, he thought, for these evil beings are not coming forth to the battle.

Paladin knew that D C must be inside somewhere so he called out to him. DC come to me and I will release your evil spirit to the realm of the dead. D C was pure evil and he needed to be stopped. LstPaladin did not get any response from within the headquarters.

Paladin charged through the open doors, and found no one there. He continued walking down the hall until he found a closed door. Paladin opened the door and found a group of about 30 guards. They seemed to be awaiting something or someone.

As Paladin entered the room the guards turned and saw him. They seemed surprised that their enemy had just walked in. At first a few of them started to move toward the Paladin and Paladin also moved toward them. Paladin took hold of the first guard and simply took hold of his head and twisted it to the side breaking his neck. He then hit the second one in the chest and knocked him into the wall, killing him instantly. At that poing Paladin drew his sword and ran into the gathered guards. Within a matter of seconds all the guards were dead. Their blood was splattered all around and this taste of battle drove Paladin to desire more. WHERE ARE YOU DC. IF NOT YOU THEN ANY VINE VILLIAN WILL DO.

Gambler had successfully navigated the underground passages, winding up in the Vine Villains Hall of Legends. Magnificent head sculptures of past and present members where placed with care at each end, while pictures of the original members looked on from the wall. Gambler paused as he ran his fingers along one painting in particular. Magneto sat in the center, surrounded by Photon, Fourpower, Red Lamp, Walkingstone, Last Arrow, and Gambler. The words VV for Life had been embroidered on the bottom.

“Nothing last forever” whispered Gambler before taking out one of his silver daggers and plunging it into the center of the painting. The mighty castle shook as war ragged on, both inside an out.

Two guards stood in front of a lovely maple wood door. There weapons clutched close to there chest as they protected the precious contents in the room. Swiftly Gambler descended from the rafters landing in a crouched position in front of the two men. With speed and precision he drove two dagger’s into there throats killing them instantly.

The door barely made a sound as the Cajun entered, his bow drawn and ready. See through silk drapes flowed around a king sized bed. A figure sat up quickly and spoke,

I knew you would come. Your family has been taking from you, and now you seek your vengeance. What about my family? What about Luna?

Gambler moved in closer, pulling back one of the drapes and taking aim. Without hesitation or pause he smirked,

“$#@! your family Wanda”

The battle of Dark vs. Light, Villain vs. Hero was on! RL blast attacks proved to have done some damage to Arrow but nearly not enough to put him away. RL lunged at him with his sword but in an instant the man had vanished and apperared behind him with an attack of his own.

The dark blast caught RL completely by surprise. His force field sucked up some up of blast but the strength behind it, put on by it's wielder was tremendous and it made RL loose his concentration. His forcefield as well as his sword disappeared seconds after the initial blast. The dark ball sent Rl rolling forward and the Darkness burned RL's back terribly. The smell of burning flesh filled the room. RL could sense the smile on the villains face as he cringed in pain. The blast also reached his cybernetic arm and caused some of the metal to melt leaving it disfigured but still keeping the points of articulation in tact.

RL knew no time could be wasted. He also knew that if he was going to kill a maniac he was going to have to fight like a warrior and put pain behind victory. He went to a knee looking evil in the face and tried to stand but the burned flesh had stuck together awkwardly and caused a sharp pain to go through his body with the small movement. This is going to hurt RL thought as he curled his lip in pain. He slammed the fist of his metallic arm down on the ground that had was glowing with GL energy sending a current of power through the floor towards Final Arrow.

In a quick movement he jumped forward toward Arrow raising his forcefield again in a flipping motion. He screamed in pain as the flesh tore again but once he was facing his rival in the air. RL put both his hand in front of him and sent a concussive blast that was 5 ft in radius towards Arrow. The blast RL sent had some much power on it that the recoil sent RL up through the ceiling and into the room above the two of them!

Arrow’s eyes watched as the Hero came at him, A blast came from his hands and Arrow answered in kind, The two blast met causing an explosion that echoed round the halls of the VV, the bricks feel the walls that had surrounded the battle began to fall, Arrow was thrown past four walls his shield rattling as he slammed into each one, His rib stretched causing more pain and he replied by spitting blood on the floor.

He quickly checked his pocket , it was still there he smiled everything was going to plan, well at the moment, The walls had fallen like cardboard as they went flying into them, RL was no doubt in a different room somewhere, closing his eyes he let his senses slip into the shadows finding his prey, “Well it seems like time I had some more fun”, His rib yet again tore as he slipped into the shadows and in an instant reappeared back in front of RL.

He let out a yawn and winked at the lantern, his head was spinning and his body was screaming at him, But he did not care, “You tired yet”, Arrow said as thousand of tiny black portals the size of a fist surrounded him, spitting blood into one portal it came out the other but as to red balls of energy slowly beating steady like a heart, It went from one portal to another each time growing in number by 2.

Then they moved flying towards RL, They had his energy source, Each ball stopped and the portals disappeared, All of a sudden the balls flew at RL, Each had the power of a scud missile, enough power to level a row of houses and they where all aimed at the leader of the ZS, Arrow closed his eyes and sent them flying.

Blood magic always drained him a little his eyes slowly turned to grey and he became weak but for only a moment, before regaining himself and watching as his dark magic flew towards the Hero.

The Godblast had missed somehow and Zee ha once again took to the offensive. He tried to trick Thunder by going invisible. It seemed the dragon did not notice his illusions failed earlier, and so was his newest attempt. Useing the Bloodaxe Thunder could bend the electro magnetic spetrum and new exactly where Zee was. He saw him once again useing the same type of attack. Building up the concussive sonic blast and hurling it towarads Thunder. He smily smirked, if the dragon did not want to go down easily, then he would hack him down piece by piece.

As the concussive blast neared Thunder he let himself slip into the Astral Plane useing the Bloodaxe's capabiities once more. The blast flew helplessly by him as he let out a grin. Reforming back onto the martial plane, he built up his own energy and sent three bolts of magical lightning towards Zee each crackling with energy. All three of them reached the tempatures of the sun itself as they struck at Zee.

He would then charge forward Axe and Mace in hand screaming "For the glory of Asgard."

Wanda slowly slid across her bed, resting her forehead against the tip of Gambler’s arrow.

“Do it. Your teammates have already killed my brother and sister. I felt there souls leave this world in pain.”

Tears began to trickle down her face as she stared into Gambler’s eyes. His hesitation spoke volumes. They had been family at one time, bonded together after Wanda’s mental breakdown and manipulation of the world. Even after things had been set straight the two shared an unbreakable bond.

I did not start dis war Wanda, my teammates did not start dis war. sighed the Cajun.

Wanda cracked a wicked smile as she looked sideways at her would be killer.

“Your teammates? They do not love you Gambler, they don’t even trust you. I know who you are, what you are. A killer born is a killer forever. What are you trying to accomplish? Redemption? Justice? There is no peace for you in this world assassin.”

Gambler lowered his bow and took a step back. Wanda snaked her way off the bed and wrapped her arms around they lost Cajun, pulling him close.

“I can bring them back, I can bring you back, the real you. All you need do is ask”

LstPaladin stood among the dead bodies of the guards he had just slain. Quickly he moved toward the door on the other side of the room. The door was locked so he kicked the door open with his boot. As LstPaladin entered the room he did not see anyone but could feel the presence of others. The suddenly LstPaladin could see the guards. This time there were many more of them and they seemed to be guarding a chest in the center of the room.

LtsPaladin wasted no time in attacking this time. He used his sword to quickly cut the heads from the first guards. As LstPaladin fought more of them he used his force field to create small balls of energy inside the bodies of the next line of guards. Paladin then caused the balls of energy to expand, which caused the bodies of the guards to explode. Another guard found himself in the grasp of the Paladin. Paladin broke both his arms and threw his body toward the group of guards to the side of where the chest was sitting. As the battle went on Paladin could feel himself being enraged by the battle. Paladin not only wanted to defeat these guards but wanted to hurt them, and cause them pain. This was a new feeling for Paladin. Blood splattered on the walls as Paladin cut, sliced, and killed enemy after enemy. The guards were strong, but no match for the fury that raged inside the Paladin. Finally Paladin took his sword and held it in front of him. He focused and caused his Godly energy to be fired from the sword. This powerful blast killed the remaining guards in the room, and also blasted a huge hole in the wall.

Now for the chest, Paladin wondered what the guards were trying to protect. Paladin tried to open the chest but it was locked. He tried to force it open and at first was not successful. There was some kind of magic spell still protecting the chest so Paladin took his sword and sliced through the chest. Inside Paladin found three jars filled with a substance he did not recognize. Paladin took the jars; he would give them to his team. Maybe they would know what they were.

Paladin moved through the hole in the wall that was created by his blast. I will continue searching through this forsaken place until we have complete victory.

RL could not see what had be come of Arrow when he crashed through the ceiling. RL managed to get himself to his feet and instantaneously Final Arrow showed up in the room that RL was in.

“You tired yet”, says Arrow and RL quickly forms and axe. Rl give Arrow a cold look and get ready to attack we out of the air came several black holes that filled the room! The grotesque villain spit into one of the holes which started a chain reaction that formed an abundance or red projectiles all that were heading for RL.

The headstrong hero stood his ground as he gazed upon the balls that stopped in formation in the air as the hole they came from vanished. Manipulated by the evil Final Arrow the balls came hurling towards RL. As the first ball approached, RL tried to cut it in half with his newly formed axe but a miscalculation of the power of the ball proved catastrophic for RL. When he slashed down at the ball it exploded sending the hero back a few feet.

His vision was briefly impaired form the blast and he did not see as several more came directly at him. He took one to the side of his thigh which mad him flip forward in the air. While in the air another two hit his side simultaneously sending him into a spinning motion. Several other balls nicked his body parts that caused his body to move awkwardly in an uncomfortable twirling motions. The balls that didn't hit him were hitting the castle that had already been breaking down from the other battles that were taking place.

RL's body was rumbling within his silhouette forcefield from the attack. His nose and ears begins to bleed from the pressure he had put on his mind trying to keep his forcefield up from all those powerful blasts! As he was about to hit the ground another two balls shot at him. Hitting him directly in the chest. With nothing keeping him grounded RL flew out the window of the building as the balls exploded on impact right in front of him. The hero landed out in the courtyard of the VV manor rolling several feet with out the protection of his forcefield that he could not hold after the 2 direct blasts which!

Barely conscious RL could hear the sounds of the other battles going on. His heart told him to get up and fight but his mind and body were speaking a different language as his body was burned all over. He waited for a moment, took deep breaths and attempted to get up. He used a tree near by for leverage. He tried to engage his forcefield but his will had been bruised by such an attack. He began to walk toward the castle slowly knowing that he still had some fight left in him. Visions of his uncle Frank and of the helpless bride flashed through his head as he walked. He wiped the blood from his nose with his hand and thought of the last couple of days as he looked at it.

"This monster need to be stopped" RL says aloud almost as if he had caught his second wind out of the anger! He engaged his forcefield again that cut in and out on him at first but eventually held and also forged a sword! He flew up to the same room through the hole that his body had made only a few moments ago and pointed his sword to Final Arrow. From what RL could make out the villain had a shocked look on his face and quoted a line that Arrow had said to him only hours before “Oh!!! you are interested, how fun”

The shocked look was not for RL, but for the time, he had very little left, “interested, On no dear boy, I think the word you are looking for is bored!”, Arrow smiled at the floating warrior and tapped his pocket, “I will be late for the tea party, got to follow the white rabbit or I will never make it in time!”, With wave of his hand Arrow was gone from where he was standing A small white rabbit wearing A top hat looked over at RL with a sinister smile, it tapped it’s feet twice and hopped away and stopped at the door and tapped it’s foot waiting for RL to follow.

Arrow had vanished covering his tracks well, Arrow had been a master of trickery from a young age, only few had ever found him when he wanted to hide, two of them happened to be in the castle now , His brother and Gambler he had never managed to slip those two devils, But here he stood on top of the VV castle the wind blowing out his coat and he raised an eye brow as he watched the battles below, How he enjoyed the screams and sounds of war.

The flag of Magneto blew behind him, Of course Magneto had nothing to do with what had happened to the Zero Squad he would not have that oh no, Putting his hand in his pocket he pulled out the orb, it was glowing red, “almost missed it” he smiled waiting and wondering how RL would find the rabbit and sniggered to where it would lead him, His eyes became dark red, it had taken some magic to pull it off, Some very powerful dark Magic, He looked tired but it would be worth it in the end it will all be worth it!

A bewildered look came upon the face of the Renegade that was ready to fight it out only to have his enemy and opponent at the time vanish into thin air! “I will be late for the tea party, got to follow the white rabbit or I will never make it in time!" Were the last words that Arrow said and suddenly a white rabbit with a horrific smile on his face appeared.

The rabbit tapped his foot as if he wanted RL to follow him or something. I know Arrow is no coward, this has to be a trap, but i'll do what it takes to get my hands on him RL thought. Keeping his sword at the ready the Zero Squad Leader followed the rabbit.

The rabbits movement were fast as if he had a precise idea of where it was. The sound of battle waged on outside. RL wanted to go out and check on his men but he knew they could take care of themselves plus Andferne and Nighthunter would not stir them wrong.

RL could see a door down the hall way had a light coming out of it. The rabbit came to a quick halt as he reached the front of that same door that stood out to RL. The light shined even brighter that came out of the cracks. A hesitant RL reached for the door knob and turned it slowly. He looked at the rabbit which gave him an evil grin. He opened the door and went into a state of awe for a brief second as he saw something that sent a hair raising chill down spine!

Darkchild heard the Palidens voice through the mansion. The man wanted to "cleanse DC of his soul" this made the evil man chuckle and he turned around facing the open doors.

DC located Paliden he was killing a number of guards and he knew that the man was a new recruit...which meant fresh meat. DC grabbed his coat from the rack next to him and pulled it on then looked at the man and teleported to him. His back to Paliden he says "You know for a new recruit your got balls most of the new ones dont get ballsy until they meet us in battle. Well i guess today is your lucky day." DC stood their for a moment before spinning around and doing a round house kick towards Palidens head.

Gambler sank into Wanda’s sweet embrace. The room began to ripple and fade, as the walls began to blur out of reality.

There there Jean. whispered the crimson colored witch as she gently stroked Gambler’s hair. Taking the bow from his grasp she tossed it on the ground, along with his silver daggers and blade.

Such crude weapons man makes. You well no longer be needing them. It is time we leave this place Cajun. Your friends are in for a big surprise and I do not wish to see you suffer there fate.

Slowly Gambler gazed into Wanda’s eyes and smiled. His eyes burning red as a sinister grin swept across his face. He remembered the days when he ruled the world with Wanda at his side. The power she had bestowed upon him, the sheer viciousness she had released inside him. How he longed for those days.

Come with me Jean. You are not meant to follow the will of others, nor are you a hero. You are a leader, a villain. Let go this silly notion of redemption and return to your true path. The world is yours, all you need do is take it.

With a flick of her wrist a beautiful display of color opened up in the center of the room. It circled in place as it grew into a vortex. Gambler took Wanda’s hand as she led him into the unknown. And like that, they where gone.

Zee would smirk seeing the light waves brought back and notice his oppnent somehow slip to some where else. He would then get in his fighting position as he saw three magical lighting blast as he did a flip back to dodge the first one. As soon as he landed he would then put his free hands out and use his power over light to stop the second one as he would then do a fast spin at tops speeds far fast that of 9times the speed of sound as he threw the attack back at his foe while the third and final one came and hit Zee straight in the chest and gone threw him. He would smirk as he threw his glaive to the side and it made a huge crater due to wait as well as his sword to the opposite side

The large dragon had dodged the first bolt of lighting and then managed to redirect the second one back towards Thunder. As the third bolt struck Zee directly into the chest and flung im backward so to did the redirected one strike Thunder sending him tumbling backwards.

He stood up and his skin was redish from the blast. Part of his skin had been burned off, and part of his armor hung loosely down. Grabbing it he ripped it off to keep itfrom impedding his movements later on. A massive crater layed where Zee had thorwn his glaive and the beast seemed to shrink in size.

With his last breath he let out a hiss "Why why".... then blood leaked out from his body. Thunder would glance over the battlefield taking in what all was happening. His teeam was doing well and he was very proud of them. But the night was still young and there was a lot to be done still.

With a massive push off the ground Thunder went into the air. He saw a large gathering of guards off to the east and sent Bloodaxe to work. Creating a huge ice storm aobve them. The cold death of those daggers rained down upon them, keeping them from hurting anyone else.

Dormath heard the words of Andferne and added that inspiration to his already high emotions. Dormath was slipping he was not thinking about the innocent lives that they would be saved all he could think about was the complete and utter destruction of the VV.

Dormath separated from the pack as they entered the base, he had his own mission that he was to proceed with. Dormath went to the lower levels of the base searching out all of the power sources of the VV. Dormath learned from NightHunter that not only did the VV use started issue generators they also used magic crystals that Dormath could drain. As Dormath made his way threw the basement level absorbing the energy systems of the VV he dispatched all of the guards he ran into swiftly. The amount of guards where minimal on the lower levels giving Dormath an easy run of the place.

As Dormath rounded a corner he saw his next objective a generator and only two guards in front of it. Dormath ran straight at them with his super speed taking the first guard and slamming his head into the wall smashing his skull and splattering his blood all over Dormath's face. Dormath looked over at the other guard that was frozen in the center of the room. "This fear that you are feeling has been spread threw the world by this dysfunctional faction that you belong to, I will make u suffer for the lives you have taken" Dormath said as he threw the guard to the ceiling and impaled him with his own staff through his shoulder. The guard screamed and begged for mercy but Dormath heard nothing his mind was intent on pain and pain alone. Dormath charged up his fist with Corrosive-Kinetic energy and touched it to the guard's face. The corrosive enzyme burned threw the mans flesh causing extreme pain before letting go. Dormath looked up at the guard to utter his final words. "U will die but not yet...no u will suffer as others have you will never speak or see again ur face looks like mush your loved ones will not be able to look upon you with out discussed on there face"

With that said Dormath went to the generator and drained it of its precious energy before walking out the door to the muffled screams of the guard.

As LstPaladin took the three small jars from the chest he felt a rush of sensation run through his body. It was a chill that ran all the way up his back. “This small battle with the guards was over, but my sword vibrates severely”. The way it always does when danger is near. He placed the jars in his pocket.

Suddenly there was a voice behind him. LstPaladin knew to be on his guard all the time in this evil place because anything could happen at any time. He was separated from his team and was by himself.

LstPaladin turned around instantly. As he did the evil villain he faced was spinning around. The villain was throwing a roundhouse kick up toward LstPaladin’s head. Paladin’s instinct and quick reflexes took control and Paladin leaned backward as the kick missed his head and went past his face.

As LstPaladin looked wide eyed at the villain he realized it was DC that he faced. Paladin had heard much about the power of this man and knew he was in for the battle of his life.

Paladin had been searching for DC but didn’t really think he would be fortunate enough to find him. “DC is one of the most powerful, evil members of the VV. I am honored indeed for these villains to send this one after me” It will indeed be helpful to our team if I can defeat DC. This will allow our more powerful members, such as The Spartan to concentrate on Mags.

DC knew that this man in front of him was worthy, he had been taught by Andferne but the new one took into account he believe that he could save Darkchild which was a big mistake.

As The kick missed Paladins face it hit the ground and DC pushed off the leg and swung again but this time charging his leg with energy and unleashing a flurry of kicks. He knew the man was agile so DC needed to be agile himself as much as his big body would allow him. As he finished the kicks he flipped over Paladin landing and facing the soldier of the Zeros. DC stood their staring the man down with a grin on his face "You believe that all evil can be cleansed and that we who are evil have a chance to redeem ourselves. If i am able to tell you one thing before i take you from this world it is this, Evil comes in many shapes and tones. With the evil in the league of us their is a limit at which we can turn around and change. And that line was crossed many years ago now do not think for one moment I nor Arrow can or even want to be saved."

DC held out his hand to his side and a large sword appeared in it he grins with glee and charges Paladin and slashes his sword downwards towards Paladins chest the energy behind his swing was massive.

When the sword appeared in the hand of DC Paladin drew his own sword. The two warriors came together and both of them swung their swords at each other. When the two swords made contact there was a tremendous boom noise and light and sparks flew from the blades. The force of the blow was tremendous. A test of Strength

LstPaladin had both of his hands on the handle of his sword. Neither of the warriors could gain an advantage so LstPaladin took several steps backward.

Darkchilds eyebrow raises when he sees Paladin back away and speak

The man was not like the others DC has fought he isnt charging blindly he is watching how DC moves. Its almost as if the man is waiting or stalling for something. DC keeps one of his ear open for anything to happen as he charges back in to the fight.

As DC nears he begins to hover above the ground and then he slams his other hand onto his sword and from his body come forth an array of larger swords that begin to spin around him in circles one line spinning above him and then another spinning in all directions around him. The swords glowing with power, DC wants this man to fight him and not continue to back away.

Nighthunter had sent a slash directly to aztek in an attempt to finish the fight quickly and help his teamates where the real fight was happening, by that moment Renegade Lantern surely had been healed by the Spartan already. However when the slash was about to cut Aztek's head he disapeared and appeared to the left of Nighthunter.

"What the?" Nighthunter said as he used his sword to block the first attack that Aztek sent to him, a slash with a electrified katana that went directly to Nighthunter's neck. Thanks to the great ability that Nighthunter had with the sword he was able to react quickly, however he wasn't able to stop the attack that came after that.

Aztek probably knew that Nighthunter would block the first attack without any problem so that's why he sent the other one. A bolt of lightning went directly to Nighthunter's chest, since he was already blocking the katana he couldn't prevent it to hit him.

Nighthunter was thrown to the ground, whikle he was falling he rolled over to gain some balance and start again his counterattack, however this time he decided to play dirty.

Nighthunter smiled as he got up and started to talk to Aztek "What's the matter aztek? You are still mad because your daddy always liked me more".

Nighthunter waited a moment, he knew from the best of the best how the mind worked, the emotions were so easily to use against your opponent that it almost took all the fun out of it, almost.

Nighthunter grabbed his bow and started to throw ice arrows all around the place, thanks to their magic the chamber quickly was frozen over, it was in part beautifull and in part completely scary. The torture chamber was now completely frozen and it looked like a room of mirrors.

"Let's see if you can find out why I created this scenario" Said Nighthunter before he started to shoot dozens of light arrows, one after the other

Now the battle would begin in earnest. DC charged toward Paladin. Just before DC was close enough to strike more blades appeared catching Paladin by surprise. LstPaladin only had one sword and he tried to block all the blades coming at him. Even though Paladin was as quick as lightening he could not possibly block all these blades. Paladin blocked the blades above but some of the other blades cut deeply into his chest and arms. Blood splattered in all directions. The pain was tremendous.

Paladin dropped to the ground and rolled away. While he did this he knew he had to regain himself so he created a wall made of his force field. The wall could not be seen by the eye. Paladin caused the wall to move with tremendous force and speed toward DC. If this was successful it would catch him by surprise and hit him very hard. Thus knocking him away from where Paladin was. Then Paladin created another force field, this one would encircle Paladin to protect him from an immediate attack.

DC was enjoying that the battle was becoming quite fun but he was hit in the side by a strong force. He was pushed back a few feet by the force field Paladin sent at him, DC smiled. "If you intend to try to be smart in this battle do your research. I have fought a man whos forcefields were invisible and i took part of his powers. Your fields might as well say IM RIGHT HERE" DC had been using Nobody's powers since the Zeros first arrived. He thought that they may have new memebers who are invisible.

His eyes shine in the light a sign that DC has given himself the SIGHT one of Nobody's powers. Sparks fly as the forcefield pushes against DCs swords "Paladin let me see what you truly got, all of your power. Anything else would be a shame."

DC wasnt showing it but the impact from the forcefield did do damage to his internals. But he stood watching the man like a hawk, DC gripped his sword tight as the swords around him continued to spin.

Paladin stood to his feet. His sword in his hand. The flow of blood from his chest had almost stopped. "Here then is something you may appreciate" said the Paladin as he pulled his shirt up to expose his stomach and chest. The deep gashes that were there were healing so fast that DC could see the wounds dissapear before his eyes. I knew the force field would not stop you but I only needed a few seconds to make myself whole again.

With that Paladin caused his God like powers to manifest through the sword, and the God Blast fired directly toward DC.

DC smiled at how the mans body was healing meant this battle would be quite fun, a fellow healer as a fighter means the fight could go on for some time.

And then Paladin launched his attack, DC really had no were to move they had progressed into a hall way Dammit DC thought to himsef as the blast neared He did this on purpose, dammit and the blast hit DC full force in the chest. Sending DC toppling over himself and rolling like a ragdoll and then bounce off the floor and slam through the back entrance of the mansion.

DC stood up outside the mansion he was extreamly burnt and battered as he dusted himself off he looked back through the hole he made and saw a grinning Paladin. DC moved his arms in a motion much like someone preparing to fire a blast. And thats exactly what he was doing "You simplton, now i have more room to move" DC shouts to Paladin from outside and he jumps into the air and flips landing facing Paladin and he fires a beam of concentrated energy the beam is made up of all of his energies and hurtles towards the man known as Paladin.

Paladin finally had the advantage he had been working for. He deliberately had held back using this power until now. Now that DC had no where to run Paladin unleashed the God Blast directly at him. Paladin saw the blast hit DC with tremendous force. In fact it even blew a hole in the outer wall and DC was now outside.

When DC stood to his feet and jumped in the air Paladin thought "What a powerful person this DC is, for this battle will surely be a great test for me"." I guess the old saying is true "what doesn't kill me will make me stronger"." I hope

Then DC released a powerful blast of his own. This blast came at Paladin at tremendous speed. Paladin was able to raise his force field and fortunately for Paladin it stopped some of the blast. However the power of the blast was so great the rest of the blast came through the force field and hit Paladin. The blow knocked Paladin backward about 30 yards, and it almost knocked Paladin unconcious. If the whole power of that blast had hit me, I would be down for the count. Dazed and stunned Paladin was on the ground.

DC saw that the hit did alot of damage and knocked Paladin down on the ground. DC took 4 long leaps down into the mansion and down the hall and stopped just short of Paladin "I see...i guess all Zeros enjoy eating dirt."

DC turned around and walked towards the end of the hall and then stopped right in front of the opening of the hole in the wall "Either way knocked out or not, Arrow and Mags would be displeased if i left you to live...so lets end this." DC turns around quickly and his right arm covered in darkness is glowing and he lets loose a massive blast of darkness it hurtles down the hall towards Paladin.

Obsidius was soon alerted to the rumblings upstairs.

"So someone is here, well screw the crocodile approach, I'm going to do my classic entrance!" said Obsidius as it deployed all auto-turrets and sentry guns, as apparantly the guards were absolutely useless.

Then as it spoke it deployed them the guns popped up in most of the rooms and started scanning the area for ZS men, and then Obsidius started burrowing to the upper levels, for it had gone too long without the taste of carnage.

It soon emerged in a Empty room on the same floor as most of the ZS and lay in ambush, ready to pounce on sight and kill.

"Oh I am enjoy this" said Obsidius as it waited for some poor sap to come, and get a severe beating. It's pseudo muscles ready to spring on the attack and rend flesh, it's wind pipe filled to the brim with magma ready to puke and the hole it came up through ready to be used just in case It needed an escape. And finally it's optic organs on the alert, It did not like surprises.

Paladin is still dazed by the overwhelming power of the blast from DC. However Paladin jumps to his feet and sees DC is preparing for another blast.LstPaladin raises his sword. Paladin calls to the powers that lie deep within him. The sweat runs down his forhead as Paladin concentrates on putting all his power and energy into another God Blast. As Paladin releases the blast so does DC release his. The two blasts connect and the result is a massive explosion.

The Two blasts connect causing a massive explosion the mans power was alot more than DC had anticipated and he didnt put enough power into his metallic skin. He caught the blast for a moment and held t at bay, the power behind the blast was massive.

His skin began to bubble at his palms where he was holing the blast, he couldnt take it any longer and he let his arms drop. The explosion enveloped him the power from both forces colliding was too much for DC and he was launched backwards his skin burning and peeling from his body.

AS he flew through the air he was slammed into the statue in the back, a statue of the old days. One of the figures on the statue held a sword and DC was slammed onto the sword. It pierced through one of the many open spots in his metallic skin. He hung their trying to free himself, after a good deal of struggle he was able to break the sword and fell to the ground. He could feel the sword inside him and the numerous broken bones. He stared at the part of the mansion that had just been his battle ground a big open hole in the ceiling was made and a good deal of the mansion was taken out in the blast.

Blood pours from the wound and his mouth, he pulls the stone sword from his body. His healing factor having been used so much in the past months was rather slow and the only thing healing were the cuts and bruises he received. His body still smoking from his burns he stands waiting to see if his opponent survived the blast.

All of his strength, all of his power was joined together in the God Blast that Paladin sent toward DC. It was all or nothing time, and Paladin knew he had to give more if he would survive this battle. . The enormous force of the explosion blew Paladin backward. Instead of trying to fight the force Paladin turned and traveled at super speed with the force of the explosion. Paladin went through the wall and landed on his back outside the headquarters. Paladin landed in some tall wet grass outside of the building. He stood and regained himself for he was still a little stunned from before. “It’s a good thing my body is so dense, not many would have survived that explosion.” “I wonder if DC survived” Paladin looked at his sword, and for some reason it had a red glow that Paladin had not seen before. Paladin took flight and flew up over the blown up part of the headquarters. He saw DC standing on the ground. LstPaladin raised his sword toward the heavens. I call upon the power of the elements. With this the sky turned dark, and thunder began to boom across the heavens.Lightening began to strike all around DC.

DC looked up into the sky and saw the man still very much alive. Noticiing the man survived the explosion almost unscathed and watched as lightning was cast down from the skies.

DC screamed a few swear words as the lightning hit all around him. One bolt hit him in the chest sending him backwards and opening more of the healing wounds. His body covered in blood DC went airborne flying towards Paladin like a bullet. Closing the gap between them he unleashed a flurry of punches and kicks all charged with energy
